Follow up on my low rating regarding changing ETA
I received the order today. I am changing the rating to4 stars instead. WHhen you say DHL does this mean delivery to door step through DHL after it was received at the airport through DHL? The UPS truck made the delivery. I have 2 observations:
1. Vitamins expire in 6 months though it was manufactured in 2020.
2. the envelop containing the vitamins is extremely hot, how does this affect the effectivness of the product? Is not there an upper limit on temperature exposure?

I had to argu for my order
I had to argu for my order. It was said that their was a computer problem.
It took 2 or 3 email and a screen picture to make my case but once this was done, I had very good service.
