I have had multiple business cameras out for over a month, but because you are not in the area and subcontract technicians, it takes way too long. Hope my business doesn't get broken into, NO SENSE OF URGENCY from Brinks.

Rafael is the best technical support I have ever interacted with at Brinks i which he solved my problem so quickly and efficiently. He instructed my handyman with ease in solving the interworking of my alarm system. My alarm system is working like new now. I will certainly try to always talk to Rafael to get my alarm working properly. He rates a 20 out of 10. He went above and beyond duty to help us with my problem and to solve it.

Wants to install a new doorbell camera with my current brinks system. First I tried to chat which did not work for me because once I started talking to a real person here she got short with me on the chat and wasn’t a customer friendly talk so I tried calling instead. After calling two numbers and 10 minutes of hold time I got through to a real representative who was thorough and help me identify my needs. Bottom line after getting through using several tries to a real person they are quite helpful and knowledgeable.

4 because this was the best experience with a rep that I have had (Cedric). I continuously have had issues with technicians and service reps who don't listen or understand. But Cedric listened to what I needed and while he did his job of letting me know about the contract or additional services, he wasn't pushy or a hard sell like most - which is an immediate turnoff. I'm still exploring other security options but this experience with Cedric at least gave me some comfort for the moment. Thank you Cedric. You redeemed Brinks for a little bit.

I spoke to a very well informed and efficient rep who made sure I understood every aspect of what he was reviewing and arranging to update and repair. He did his best to arrange for a technician to follow up. Every step, he walked me through what he was checking and updating. He answered any and all questions I had. He was a strong communicator, spoke clearly and was reassuring.

I had a good talk to this rep today and I was trying to cancel my service because I haven’t have the alarm working for little over a year ; Even though they been taking the monthly payment all this time but at the end they are coming to repair it and fix everything that could be bad with it .

I stay writing these reviews. Honestly I want to give a 2-3 because the first tech I had was less than helpful and wasted my time…..I’m giving the 5 because Erick took his time and explained what needed to be done. He had so much patience for my additional questions. Fixed my issue inside of 10 minutes. Unfortunately that seems to be my experience with this company. I call for an issue. I get someone that just wants to get off the phone. ….I disengage….call back a few hours later and end up with someone that knows what to do. Shout out to Manny as well.

We need to replace the battery in one of our smoke detectors (which is hooked up to Brinks), and I called to see if this was covered in our service plan. The person I talked to was very helpful and took great care of us!
