Scam - Terrible

Terrible. I saw an ad on Instagram. The business looked like it was here in Spain. I ordered, and then apparently some merchandise was sent from China. It never arrived. They prevaricated when I asked about the shipping, saying it had been delayed. I asked for a refund and they offered a voucher for the quantity I spent plus an additional amount to use in their shop. I had already asked my bank for a refund, and did the same from them. To date, the bank gave a provisional refund, but they have not. SCAM.
