Simple and responsive coms ... although address details for pick up not easily referenced...?

Excellent service, they set the rules for pick up quite clearly, when I got there they were very professional.

They provided the materials we needed, when we needed.
Great job, well be using them as one of our top preferred suppliers.

I purchsed building materials on the 9th Oct, they replied a day later ststing they didnt have them. I asked for a refund after requesting 2 times as per my emails. I escalated to Paypal and they still have not issued a refund as of 21/10/25

Extremely to use the online ordering. Best price online anywhere and fast collection time.

Easy to order online, updated on delivery, delivered on time.

Very efficient tho I didn’t get the email to pick up after the first time it was ment to be sent but other than that a very pleasant experience.

The simplicity of the experience stood out for me..I just ordered my materials and picked them up with very little fuss. Thank you to everyone.

Cheap products for a reason, dont buy the powder coated bath accessories, they're rubbish. Contacted them, asked to email, emailed them, rang them, said they didnt get the email. Rang again, lady on the phone said too busy, other phones were ringing, basically hung up on me. Wont go there again. Spent 4 to 5K there ,reno. Plenty of suppliers in that area and their prices are similar really.

Product was correct, but we had a couple of hiccups with delivery. The company fixed it so would use them again.

I stuffed up my order, and they called me to resolve it. The service was friendly and invaluable. Happy chappy.

A heads up for other online shoppers.
I ordered 2 packs of Foilboard online and selected the delivery option to my home address. The website calculated the delivery fee and completed the transaction from my PayPal account.
I received and order confirmation with the delivery address clearly stated on the bottom. After 2 days I contacted them to confirm a delivery date. They replied with a date, I contacted them again a day after as nothing was delivered. They advised a new date.
The morning of the new date I received an email saying they do not deliver to my address as it is outside their delivery range. I replied pointing out that they quoted and charged me for delivery to my address.
At this point the salespersons tone changed and he very abruptly told me that I was mistaken if I thought they would deliver to my address for the quoted price. I then said fine refund me my money, however he refused and said the packs are at the transport companies’ depot and I will have to pick it up. He did not reply to any further emails but the delivery fee was refunded.
I had to drive almost 5 hours return to pick up the packs from the depot.

Last time the order was not processed gir a week. This time my order was cancelled with no notification of it, which I found out Monday only by calling to check given how bad you were last time. So I ordered again on Monday at a higher price as you advertised a price but did not honour it. Come Wednesday, no response yet again for pick up, so have to contact again to try get my already delayed order filled. I was hoping to pick up tomorrow morning, but I guess that's not happening as the order was not processed in time again.
