We had a blocked toilet and it was a horrendous situation that one of the original engineers couldn’t solve - then they sent Goran who was absolutely fantastic, not only did he resolve the issue but he’s done it professionally and smoothly too. Very grateful.

As there is always room for improvement with the communication with Brisk Maintenance, but once they start the service, it’s exceptional. I want to give a special shout out to Lamont for helping replace, install my washer/dryer uni. He even cleaned up after himself and areas he did not have to. He went above and beyond to give me the best service. Thank you.

I have recently used Brisk Maintenance and I am very happy with the Contractor Reuben who visited this morning and Laura is very polite and helpful.

They completed the job at the agreed price, even though as they started, other problems were found, leading to more work involved.

Initially a few issues on a previous job, but like so many things in life, it's not about the issues but how you resolve them. They were very good at recovering the situation and more than made up for the earlier hiccup.

The guys are communicative, personable and trust worthy, as well as being diligent about the job.

We recently had our oven replaced and our experience was great with Brisk Maintenance! Lamont, who completed the job, was efficient, helpful and friendly. In addition, he went out of his way to come around at a time the suited us. I would definitely use their services again!
