Part of the kitchen tap became faulty. Called the service line, the technician immediately identified my issue and the part involved, set up an order for the warrantee replacement part which arrived quickly. Excellent customer service. Glad I originally bought a Bristan tap.

Bristan Frenzy bar shower recommended
Purchased a Bristan Frenzy bar shower as I've had these before and found they are a good quality, warranty and a reasonable price. Easy to replace the bar shower mixer also and works very well to control the water temperature. Had to phone them reference a query on the fittings and found the agent friendly and informative, giving me confidence to fit as I'm only a DIY customer.

Great customer service
Great customer service.
I contacted customer service and said that I believe I had a warranty still on my kitchen mixer tap but could they check this for me, they came back to me the following day and told me that there is a warranty on it and that they had now registered the tap at their end and will send out the parts I needed ( ceramic inserts) and would i like them to arrange for a plumber to fit them too. I had originally bought my tap in June 2023.
The parts arrived within 3 days.
