Brushes stop working after a few weeks. One out of 4 the lights stopped. Second stopped working altogether. Bristl says did you drop them or submerge them in water. They're toothbrushes, they get rinsed! Utter garbage!

Buyer beware!!!!! Do not purchase this oral horror show!
The toothbrush sucks! The toothbrush head is super narrow 4 rows of bristles and they are 50% short mixed with 50% long bristles so they don’t clean your teeth very well at all. I almost always have to use my oral-b electric toothbrush after this POS to get the last bits of plaque off by the gum line which is nuts because the bristles on this monstrosity irritate the gums to begin with. Supposed to reduce gingival inflammation but it makes the gingiva inflamed!
Yes I’m using it correctly. My dad is a dentist and I worked for him in college. I have perfect dental hygiene and have never had a cavity in my 40 years of life. I brush and floss everyday and I have my teeth cleaned every 4 months. I also don’t eat much if any sugar unless it comes from eating fresh fruits. My teeth do not get very much plaque buildup but I like my teeth silky clean all day long!
I cannot stand this toothbrush it’s absolutely terrible. You cannot get the toothbrush to the far posterior teeth very well and I cannot get behind my upper molars like I can with my oral-b electric toothbrush.
Also they claim the battery lasts 3 weeks if using 2 times per day…. Not even faintly close! I’ve had this 2 weeks and have had to charge it every 3-5 days.
Terrible toothbrush! This thing is not made or shipped from the USA the company misleads customers to think that it is based on a US website. These come from Korea. It took them 2 weeks to get it in the post and another 2 weeks for arrival.
This terrible company is giving me the runaround about returning this toothbrush. They will not communicate with respectful customer service and they send clipped emails with no information on how to return this thing. I’ve asked three times for a return label and information on how to initiate a return and all they can say is refuse the package which is not possible since I opened and attempted to try this stupid awful toothbrush.
On top of all this I notice zero difference in my oral health other than it doesn’t really fully clean my teeth leaving me to use my other toothbrush of which is tried and true and well recommended by dental professionals.
