Placed order and it arrived can’t get better than that well a email telling me when delivery will be made but not on the same day as delivery, luckily I left old bottle out but if I hadn’t extra charges would have been made for no empty bottle, so a little more warning would be great but after all that better than going direct to Calor gas as they are useless

All went well quick delivery one thing was that the message I had written on my order about delivery did not get read so the two bottles of gas came upto my flat instead of going to the outside of my block where my empty return bottles were in my campervan.

A wonderful company to deal with all the staff are helpful and friendly the driver was happy to take the patio gas onto the patio no questions asked. I would fully recommend them.

Excellent service
This is the first time I have used Bristol Gas and I must say the experience was brilliant. It was so easy to order my Patio Gas on line, I was sent an email confirming the order then an email telling me when the gas will be delivered and their delivery guidelines regarding my empty gas bottle that was being exchanged. As it happens I was here when the driver arrived and he was so friendly asking where did I want the new bottle. I will definitely use them again.

Stuart couldn’t have been more helpful, and I also had excellent customer service from 2 other guys there that I also spoke with. Highly recommend.
