Highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!

We went for cream tea- 14 of us..
The sandwiches were very bland- just ham or a soft cheese spread with cucumber- ( wasn’t even two slices of bread)-felt and tasted like they had been in the fridge for 24 hours.
Cakes looked lovely but were not all that for £25.00 per head…
Tried to charge us an extra £35.00 service charge to which we refused to pay… was asked upon arrival when we wanted the cake with the cherry on the top for the birthday girl we said at the end, this never happened!
Definitely not worth the money !

Small room huge TV

Great location
Car park a bonus
Staff okay
Room was small and the view was depressing Lastly the TV was massive or maybe the size of the room made it look bigger
Would definitely stay again but would book a bigger room with the water views

Hotel Bristol review

Excellent location very helpful and friendly staff, rooms were nice but can be a bit on the small side. Views over the harbour from the various hotel bars were excellent. We had a problem with the air conditioning, however Kasia did all she could and eventually arranged for us to relocate to a larger and nicer room, with complimentary drinks. We were very impressed with the service we received.

We entered the hotel cold and tried and…

We entered the hotel cold and tried and went to the reception desk to check into our room. I booked via a tour operator and I choose an economy room. A good 5 star hotel, would have, I hoped, a decent economy room. We didn't expect to spend much time in the room, sight seeing and all. I should have read the signs when the hotel receptionist kept reminding me it was booked with a tour operator and economy. He said it 4 times at least. Upon opening the door to the room my heart dropped like a stone to the bottom of a deep lake. I was and still am annoyed, disgusted, and angered with what we received. I left another review with the operator. But I though, this,... this was also the hotel's doing as well. The room had old chipped furniture on an old worn carpet. It was so tired looking a room it felt no one had used it in years. And to top it all it was freezing. I complained and received extra quilts for my troubles. It was room 132. All rooms in a 5 star should be of a 5 star standard. The buffet breakfast food was without doubt good in this hotel. But our room was very sad. What was to be a nice long weekend, and we don't get much breaks because of money/family/work commitments was spoiled for us. We didn't look forward to returning to that room after a long day out. If I could show a photo of it here I would. Bristol Hotel you let me and my fiance down.

Nice experience

Just got back from Odessa, Ukraine and stayed at the Bristol hotel. Very nice hotel. great location - a minute walk from the main street. The service was okey. Some people from the staff were a little irritating but a good experience overall. Very nice SPA area.
Would be nice if they provided transfer to the airport.
In general good experience, and I highly recommend the place, specially if you like french-style architecture.
