Thank-you, you are an amazing taxi service. We were impressed with all aspects, polite, punctual, helpful, obliging and above and beyond regarding the closed rds and driver coming into the terminal to fetch us. Really, really appreciated that.

Pick up was at 1.30am in the pouring rain. Pick up was booked for 2 people, 2 cases and 2 catty on bags. Aside from the constant calling whilst waiting to go though passport control/immigration which is just annoying as I had already messaged to say we had landed and would message again wgen we has collected are cases. When we came through and collected our bags we proceeded to the collection point and waited. The car sent to collect us was a Toyota CHR which would have beenfine accept that the drivers seat was so fat back and reclined it was impossible to sit behind and I'm 162.5 cm tall. When asked if the driver could adjust this he was a little aggressive stating no he couldn't as his back was bad! My husband who is 193 cm tall had to sit in the front passenger seat, for this he has to push the seat back to give him enough leg room which meant I was cramped and uncomfortable in the rear seat. This car is not fit for purpose if the driver has his seat set in this way it was. The weather was really bad and the driver art set off was complaining he couldn't see anything as the windows were steamed up, however he refused to put on either the air con of demist controls as he did not want to use addition fuel. after 15mins driver my husband had to ask him to put the demister on as the visibility was virtually non existent and dangerous, however he put this on for no more than 5 mins. Just a very [poor service.

Great experience with Bristol Cabbie, we booked to be picked up from the airport and a return and both drivers Ali and Israr were very good drivers and also helpful with our luggage. The cars are of high quality making the journey very comfortable. I highly recommend this company.

My cab was on time to take me to the Bristol airport early morning. The driver contacted me in advance to arrange to pick me up a bit earlier than agreed initially.
as there were potential delays announced. The driver was very polite and helpful, offering helping me with my luggage. the service was efficient and professional. I really recommend this company

Booked to take me home from Bristol to Birmingham late at night after an event. Driver was a few minutes early (great!) and the car was comfortable, spotless and cool (it was a very balmy night). He discretely asked me if I was comfortable a few times during the journey but otherwise left me to relax, which I really appreciated after a busy day. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bristol Cabbie again.

Fast punctual lovely people

Have become a frequent user of the taxi firm. I started using them for business trips to the airport (London to Bristol) and now for personal use. Great value, always on time, and excellent communication. Highly recommended!

Airport Transfer July 2024: Reliable, good communication, polite.

This is the second holiday we have used Bristol Cabbie to take and collect us from Bristol Airport for holiday travel.

They always arrive on time are friendly and polite and cheaper than paying for parking taking the stress out of travelling to airport and trying to park.

On route to airport about 10 miles away got caught up in traffic due to accident. Driver quickly diverted got us to the airport on time with no extra charge.

Highly recommended will definitely use again
