Small enough to care, and big enough to have the necessary partnership networks.

Caring staff particularly Madeline and Aimee. Good listening, and with appropriate attention to details. Glitches were resolved without fuss. On the day the service was conducted professionally, and well managed. I came to the E. C. Alderwick office (Kingswood, Bristol) as I was upset by a previous large funeral director who were a national company and were too big to bother.
