Laura and Louise were very professional in dealing with my 97 year old mother and her needs around the home. They were good listeners, kind and caring in their responses to a mother who is fiercely independent !
Their advice was very helpful and we hope as a result to sort some home aids out and encourage Mum to do the daily
exercises.

I have experienced many injuries, some serious. I've also undergone a fair amount of surgery, including major surgery.
From previous experience then, I recognised the high level of methodical thought, consideration and expertise/experience that Laura and Louise apply and practice.
They work as a team combining overlapping therapies into seamless guidance.
I was apprehensive and lacking confidence following my most recent (spinal)surgery, but after working with Laura and Louise I am far more informed and confident about recovery and beyond.

Fantastic support for my Dad who required some physical therapy following a problem with his back. Both Laura and Louise are so knowledgeable and kind when dealing with my Dad. I'm pleased to so following the programme Dad has improved his mobility and overall confidence doing day to day tasks.

My Mum has Parkinson's disease and Louise and Laura have been instrumental in making her life more comfortable. Everything from sleeping, walking, talking, freezing, memory, time, exercise, even getting out of her chair have been positively affected with their help. They are knowledgeable, professional, kind and understanding and Mum's life is easier because of their brilliant work.

Louise and Laura both came to my home. I was somewhat housebound as I had fractured my ankle.

As a result of having home visit I learnt how to use my crutches to get up and down the six stairs which take me from my flat to the building exit door. What a relief that was. I was going slightly mad feeling I had no way out except when I went to southmead with the ambulance service who carried me down the stairs.

Both Louise and Laura were informative and I am very glad I made the decision to contact Bristol Home Therapists. Subsequent to their visit they managed to get Home Care to install Grab rails in my bathroom which allowed me to get into my bath and have a shower which I hadnt been able to do previousy.

Laura and Louise were amazing with my mum who struggled with motivation and her mobility after falling and breaking her hip. A combination of no nonsense technical knowledge and smiling encouragement meant they were able to get through to her where others have failed. My mum is now able to leave her care home and have coffee with her grandchildren which she didn’t think she’d do again.

Laura & Louise provided an excellent professional service visiting my 99yr old father in residential care after his short spell in hospital left him unable to get himself out of bed. Their fees are very reasonable, service prompt, communication excellent and their personalities and interaction with patient & family members a pleasure and greatly appreciated. Their weekly visits were looked forward to by my father who was able to return to his own home after 5 months in residential care. We highly recommend them.

Laura and Louise were kind, friendly and professional. They took the time and care to provide excellent advice. The exercises they prescribed were excellent and are already making a positive difference to my mother's mobility. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My 96 yr old Mum had been bed bound for months but very keen to see what she what capable of. Laura & Louise were really lovely with both of us from the start. Encouraging, kind and realistic as they worked with Mum weekly. We cannot speak highly enough of them. My Mum now has confidence in being hoisted out of bed and into her chair - so grateful.

I received a visit from both ladies who talked to me for an hour but did not tell me anything I did not know already. They did not give me any physical exercises to do and did not touch me in order to show me any thing I need.

After spending over two years in hospital, Louise came to assist me with my mobility. Louise set about getting me moving with clear instructions and words of support all along.

Louise and Laura were attentive, interested and focussed their attention on my cousin. Their approach was logical and considered. I found the advice they gave on the day and then in a follow-up email to be extremely useful.

Laura and Louise have supported my wife following a major stroke and have been instrumental in her rehabilitation as she was left unable to use her right side. They have been positive and caring throughout. We continue to see improvements on a regular basis and will continue with the service for as long as needed.

Therapists were excellent knowing exactly when and how to push me - I made very good progress with their help.

Louse was brilliant, very professional and knowledgeable, she gave me confidence following my knee replacement. The advice she gave me helped a lot.

Louise and Laura were great with my 95 year old nan for the assessment in her care home. They were so patient, kind and engaging and helped my nan to walk for the first time in weeks.
