Disgusting way to treat clients.
I’ve been on holiday with my family to arrive back in Bristol just after midnight on 15th/16th August. We were left stranded at Bristol airport with three children. No explanation or apology and the company could not be contacted by telephone, email or text message.
The company is Bristol Travel, of Quarry Road, Chipping Sodbury, sole owner/director being Christopher Willsdon! I paid upfront, so have lost money as well as the total inconvenience. Drivers have been told not to report back to work until 3rd September! So beware of this company as they may start trading again under a different name. Do your research and avoid at all costs!!!

We had booked Bristol travel Ltd for a softball trip and paid the full amount up front (£700 for the weekend), the day before we received an email saying they can no longer provide the service without reason and without a refund. We called them over 50 time with no answer and no answer to our emails either. it's a real shame as we used them in 2024 and the service was excellent but I urge everyone to stay away from these crooks now!

I paid for transport to take 14 people to my daughter’s wedding, the day before they sent me a text message saying they can no longer do the booking. They did not even give me my money back. Won’t even answer the phone. Stay away from these crooks

Absolute charlatans. Required payment in full for transfers for 7 to and from airport. Outbound seemed perfectly fine, but no contact to discuss collection requirements on return to UK. Day prior to return saw over 5 voicemails left with the company on advertised number, and emails sent. Emails unanswered and no sign of driver on return, with over two hours waiting at pre-arranged collection point, resulting in Ubers at 2am. Subsequent emails to discuss refund ignored, and phone numbers now disconnected. Avoid this (and any subsequent company set up) like the plague.

Piotr (Baby Pete) was great. Went out of his way to help and kept us informed. Minibus from Bristol to Snowdon at 11pm and then back again in the morning after a night hike. He had a lot of sleepy passengers!!

Airport run for 15 on a golf trip from South Wales. Turned up on time and buses were in good condition and clean. We had a lot of luggage so a trailer was necessary. The drivers on both legs, John and Piotr, were excellent, friendly, safe drivers who were happy to accommodate any requests. Would definitely use again.

Our driver Piotr was very attentive, punctual and communicative. He also catered to our every need and made the trip extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks for your hard work and dedication.

Piotr was fantastic, great attitude, clear instructions and a very safe driver. He went the extra mile to drop us off at separate cabins at our holiday park. The minibus was very comfortable too.

The entire trip to Wembley and return were utterly outstanding. Piotr (baby Pete) our driver was amazing, we had a prestigious work event to attend and he was excellent from start to finish, the minibus was spotless, air conditioned, we had some gentle music if we wanted, rubbish bags, super safe driver, funny conversations, really chilled atmosphere which made both trips really great. Early for both pick ups and stopped when we wanted, safety briefings which were great and uniformed as well which gives a good impression from the off- thoroughly recommend

Very unreliable. Today is the second time the Bristol Travel bus hasn't turned up without any prior warning. Avoid.

Good experience from start to finish. Easy booking process with good communication. Even allowed our time to be moved.

Driver arrived on time and was very friendly. Got us to and from ascot without any dramas. Would use again

Just to cover a few points regarding my experience:

- deletes negative reviews on their website. Not a true reflection. Reviews uploaded are deleted moments after.

- the mini bus was dirty around the air con fans it looked like some sticky residue was left splashed all along with top. It was not attempted to be cleaned before we arrived.

- driver was unfriendly and sarcastic. Even had an argument with his wife during the ride which was uncomfortable for everyone

- made my 9 month pregnant cousin cry with how aggressive he spoke to her over the phone

- driving was quite scary resulting in a couple people from our party feeling quite anxious the entire drive

I am not one to leave negative reviews however I think it is highly unprofessional that all negative reviews are being purposefully deleted and therefore the public are not seeing a true representation of everyone’s experience

Not great thanks

This company clearly cannot accept bad reviews as they keep deleting previous reviews left by clients.

You will not hear one of our drivers say “HOW MUCH LUGGAGE ????” with a look of desperation.... these were exactly the words said to us when the driver came to Barnsley to collect us for a 2 night stay in Bath and expected 12 people to carry no cases.

The attitude of the driver was rude with him saying on pick up that we had chosen a terrible day to go to Bath with it being a Bank Holiday and that we wouldn't be making our twilight spa that was in 8 hours time. Not exactly what you wish to hear when you are ready for a weekend away.

The driving was scary with extremely harsh braking. We were seeing the hazards well before the driver and ushering him to brake.

I must also point out that the driver proceeded to shout at one member of the party who was 39 weeks pregnant. However, I must also say he chose to argue with his wife in front of the whole bus too... must be his attitude towards woman?

A terrible service from start to finish. Do yourselves a favour and pay the extra money for a better experience.

Fabulous experience from Bristol travel ltd. Really helpful and prompt responses when making the reservation. Communication was excellent from the booking team and driver on the day of travel.
Scott was our driver and he was lovely and friendly and we had a very safe and comfortable journey home from London in the early hours.
Thank you. Definitely 5 star service and will be recommending highly to anyone who is looking for mini bus hire.

we were let down badly by bristol travel they tuck us up to london fine but on the return on the sunday we were told are driver had ran out of time and so they did not pick us up and left us in london to find are own way home and told look at the small print we don,t have to give you your money back so don,t pay the full return money in till they pick you up will never us this company again

We hired a private minibus to travel from Cardiff to Brighton on the weekend. We really can't rate our driver Lou highly enough, she was fantastic and very professional. We would 100% use Bristol Travel again.

Last week a group of friends and I stayed in Bristol City Centre as we were attending Cheltenham Races. I used Bristol Travel for transfers to and from the airport as well as our trip to the races. Cant praise them highly enough. Outstanding service, always on time and always notified me prior to pick up. One of the most reliable companies I have ever used. Thank you to all at Bristol Travel

I booked a mini bus and trailer to take 8 of us down to Southampton Cruise Port and to pick us up two and a half weeks later from Heathrow Airport. Having been a little apprehensive that our mini bus wouldn't turn up and all of our plans would be thrown into disarray, it turned out that my worries were totally unfounded!

The booking process was really easy and the information provided by Tony & Fred was helpful and relevant. I was also delighted with the price paid as I'd anticipated that the mini bus transfer was going to cost more than it did.

On the day before our first booking, I received a text from our driver, Paul, aka Bart, which confirmed everything I'd booked and provided me with his number in case I needed to get in touch. He arrived to pick us up on time and was really great helping my family and friends by loading our cases and mobility scooters into the luggage trailer. The mini bus was very clean and we had a lovely ride down to the cruise port with Paul chatting to us on the way. He was a really friendly chap.

Whilst in America, I received a phone call from Tony just double checking on our flight details with Virgin and making sure they were the still the same. It was reassuring to know that he'd taken the time to double check this info.

As we were flying back into Heathrow Airport, Paul text me with information on where to meet him outside the terminal. There was a little confusion as we exited the airport (nothing to do with Paul - a man in a Heathrow hi-vis at the airport insisted that we had to go to 'GROUP TRAVEL' and we ended up in the wrong place!) but eventually my son located the Bristol Travel mini bus. After again helping with our luggage, Paul soon had us on our way back to Bristol.

I am so happy that everything worked out as planned and I highly recommend Paul as a driver and Bristol Travel Ltd. I’ll definitely be happy to use this local company again when needed. Thank you.
