Used Bristol Van Removals recently for packing and moving - we have a lot of very fragile lego, we had just assumed this would break as part of the moving process. We were amazed when we unpacked on the other end and not a single lego brick was off of a figure. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly, and the packing and moving process was efficient. Can't pick any faults at all.

Bristol Van removals moved us this week to our new house. I have to give huge credit to the girls in the office who promptly and effectively replied to my slightly panicky emails in advance of a delayed completion and who were always helpful and friendly. The moving day went well and the team really cracked on with things, moving us out in great time. They also dismantled and reassembled some items which was much appreciated. I would recommend this company, they were also extremely reasonable price wise. Thank you!

We recently moved with BVR and were really impressed with the service. The guys (Nick, Jon and Shane) were lovely - very friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were not stressed when there were hiccups (nowhere to park the van out the back/a long wait for keys etc) and were really careful with all of our items. It wasn’t the cheapest quote we got but wasn’t the most expensive either, so we would definitely use them again. Thank you!

Very easy to book and reserve a slot even though I wasn't sure about the date. All confirmed the week before. The team arrived punctually and worked methodically and with great care. No stress. Happy to wait for the key collection. Unpacked and moved things into desired places. Reassembled furniture. Highly recommend this team

Nick, Dave, Dale & Millen moved me from Bristol to Dorset. They were friendly, well mannered, nice, kind chaps. They worked so very hard, some of my stuff was very heavy & they were happy to take the pot plants. At the Dorset end they were calming when there was delays with monies going through at the last minute. They were happy to move things to my preferred spot, always happy to oblige even after a long tiring day. Always cheerful, smiling. I recommend them 100%.

Great service from beginning to end. Communication speedy and friendly, prices competitive, and removal teams second to none. Both teams of 3 for my move out into storage (on the hottest day of the year), and the delivery 3 months later (up stairs into a second floor flat) were punctual, good humoured and they worked their socks off! Faultless.

Moving can be a stressful experience, but Bristol Removals showed up on moving day with big smiles and a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, making the entire process seamless. Nothing was too much trouble for this fantastic team. They turned what could have been a challenging move into the city and up to a second-floor apartment into an easy task. BVR gave us a reasonable quote compared to other companies and were worth every penny! The team dismantled our furniture and reassembled it perfectly as well as delivering everything in one piece - and all in 30 degree heat!! They were not fazed by anything - even the multiple flights of stairs involved in moving us out of an apartment building. Thank you BVR!

I was moving across Bristol so we booked Bristol Van Removals to help, Philip, Alex and Dylan helped on the day and they were incredibly hard working and professional despite the heat and a LOT of stairs (6 flights). They really took care with our items, were incredibly efficient at packing the van (it was like watching real life Tetris), friendly and helpful the whole time. I can't rate this company highly enough. I will definitely use them again if I'm ever unlucky enough to have to move again.

Booked these guys for a move across Bristol. We had Philip,Alex and Dylan on our move and I can't praise these guys enough. They really took care with our items, were incredibly efficient at packing the van, friendly and helpful the whole time. The new property was on the top floor and on a hot day it was a really hard slog but they remained professional and upbeat the whole time. I can't rate this company highly enough. From my first contact to final invoice I have nothing but praise for them, including the pricing. Hopefully no more moving, but if I do I will definitely use again.

Brilliant. Cannot fault this removal company. They were the cheapest quote I received with no add ons for late key fees etc. The 3 guys were really friendly, arrived promptly on the morning of my move and worked so hard all day. Dismantled and reassembled furniture carefully (including an outdoor storage box they warned may break due to perishing but none the less were careful with and it is now in its new location unscathed). No breakages. Made a potentially stressful day very easy

We had a great experience moving with Bristol Van Removals. Everyone was friendly and professional and worked really hard to make it all go smoothly. Jamie and Justin did a brilliant job packing and labelled everything carefully which made it a lot easier at the other end. On the moving day Nick and the team did a great job and were professional and positive throughout a long day and didn't leave until they knew we were happy with everything. A big thanks to everyone involved.

The guys were really super fast, careful, respectful and friendly. Knowing how much it could be stressful to move, the team took care of everything including dismantling/putting together furniture. Highly recommended.

Liam and his team were OUTSTANDING whilst helping us move offices. They not only dealt with all of our odd furniture and reassured us that everything would fit, they made it fun! This was the least stressful move I've ever done and I would THOROUGHLY recommend Bristol Van Removals. Their admin/bookings team were also fantastic and patient with us as our move date fluctuated. Also the cheapest of the three companies we spoke to and the only ones who came and did an inspection of our furniture before the move to inform the quote. Honestly couldn't recommend them more.

I hired Bristol Van Removals to move 100 miles and the service was fantastic. Really friendly and helpful movers as well as cleaners - they took good care of my furniture and they were incredibly laid back which completely took the stress out of the day. Worth every penny in my opinion!

I would like to thank you superb team of Liam, Nick, Justin, Jamel and Andrew today from Bristol Removals in providing a superb job in moving my parents possessions from Keynsham to Exeter.

My Brother and wife were controlling things in Keynsham and the team arrived as advised just before 8am, they packed everything into three Vans and then got down to Exeter early afternoon.

This is where I was controlling, the team led by Nick were highly efficient continually asking me questions on where items were to be placed, nothing was too much trouble and they even helped putting bed headboards in place.

I would like to thank your team for their A+ service and really helping once my parents arrived an hour later to see how much had been done to allow them to settle in.
