I always use Brita water filters

I always use Brita water filters. The customer service is great. I have Brita water filter dispenser and after using one year the tap stopped working. I contacted the customer service and received immediate response. My replacement is on the way. I’m very happy with the service. I highly recommend the Brita products.

Had a missing indicator light replaced quickly once I raised the issue. No fuss or insistence on receipt paperwork for proof & took my statement as truthful that I had received the appliance as a Xmas gift. Simply sent a photo of the item & received unit in post 7 days later.

I have been using Brita jugs and filters for many years and recently, for the first time, one of the filters was faulty. I contacted Customer Care and within a very short time I received a replacement filter and a Freepost label to return the faulty filter.
