Paul and Rob were very friendly and helpful. Packed and unloaded without any issues. Would recommend.

The move manager came round to quote for us & really accurately judged how many boxes it would take and a rough approximate of how long it would take. The quote arrived really quickly & was extremely competitive. Our sale was not a smooth one, we only exchanged the day before completion (due to a bad solicitor further down the chain - another story!). The move manager took it in his stride - he had several plans depending on what happened with the sale - especially important as we were moving 200 miles away! Thankfully 'Plan A' was used in the end!
The people who moved us arrived as scheduled (a little early in fact!). They introduced themselves and looked round the house to check out possible difficulties with stairs etc. They then got really stuck in! They worked quickly but with care & were very respectful of us & our possessions.
At the other end they had to wait until the money was transferred for the house, but they did so without a single complaint. They unloaded as quickly as the had loaded bit with the same amount of care, always with a smile. We can't thank them enough. A special thank you to Lee, Jimmy & Mark (actually from Britannia Beckwith - Bearsbys has to get additional help from this branch as it was such a busy week). A special thank you to Kieran & Ralph, the move managers who made it so easy for us and handled a very tricky move with professionalism & not a small amount of humour! Thank you all!
I can't recommend Britannia Bearsbys and Britannia Beckwith highly enough

I hired the movers of Brittania Beckwith to move items of an inheritance from the UK to Sweden in a part load.
They provided a reasonable quote and good service, picking up the items from a storage unit at a time convenient to me and stayed in contact with me regarding their passage through customs and arrival time at the final destination. Also very through in vreating an inventory of the items for customs officials.
Taf and Ben P very efficient with unloading the items at the final destination (on a very hot day!), and were very accomodating with putting items in the desired location as well as the restricted access basement. Friendly and well-organised to boot.
Highly recommended for long distance removals between countries!

Very many thanks to the lovely removal team from BB Newhaven - Dave, Ben, Chris, Paul, Collin, Dan and Pete - who moved us today. On top of your day job packing loading and unloading you looked after us so well. Thank you for being so calm and kind and also so very SPEEDY when we finally got the keys!

The removal guys who packed and delivered all my worldy goods were just brilliant. Led by the lovely Ben, Rob and Leon made sure everything was protected and then put in exactly the right place in my new home. They were charming, super helpful and incredibly hard working. Nothing was damaged and it went smoothly. A fantastic service all round.

Mark and Louis turned up right on time and conducted a thorough inspection of everything to be removed, so that it could done in a logical and orderly fashion. They were clearly experts. They consulted me about everything that I had not made clear in identifying contents of and destination for boxes. They were exremely careful with delicate items and all my goods arrived at my new home without any damage.
Above all that, I found them both very courteous and friendly and I would have no hesitation of recommending them and their company as it has delivered on all its promises. Thanks especially to Mark and Louis.

The three men who moved us over 3 days were, polite, efficient and extremely hard working. they were Mark C, Will E and Chris N. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were extremely pleased with the move.
Also the office staff were very helpful when we contacted them. would certainly recommend them.

Our household goods stored at Newhaven and then delivered to Devon. As we were in temporary house we left most unpacked for a year. When we finally unpacked we found many items missing - normally when we wanted to use them. Have kept Britannia updated but because of the time lapse they deny all responsibility. Very annoying and expensive, despite fact we had paid for full insurance cover.
