Reliable service, very good and proactive communication. The driver arrived 20 minutes before the appointment and was very pleasant. The car was a very good size and the fare was very good, especially if compared to other mainstream cab companies.

Timing was less than ideal
Booked through hotel so never got company name until it showed up on WhatsApp. So 1) a bit of confusion and secondly asked for a 830 pickup ( transit strike so we booked early and included extra time for traffic). Day before departure, wa told they couldn’t pick up at that time and talked us into 910. Car came at 930. Reaching the airport two hours in advance of an international flight could have been dicey had we not had priority status. As it was, instead of a leisurely hour or so in the Clubhouse getting breakfast, we had to head immediately for the gate. Ride was uneventful and vehicle was clean. The timing just sucked.
