Do not buy
I ordered what was described and shown as a real jellycat. I should’ve guessed as this particular Jellycat is retired and hard to find and yet this site has it available at a discount. But promoting it as a real Jellycat is not good. The quality is shocking and the tag has snow dragon which is completely different. After emailing them, conveniently they have an issue with their return system and have offered me a 50% refund which I have decline. I have emailed 5 times since and have had no reply so I’m writing this review. It won’t let me upload pictures for some reason either. If you’re after a cheaper dupe then carry on but if you want a real Jellycat this is not the place to come.
