Absolutely Appalling Customer Service
I came across this site online and have made three orders since joining up. The first two orders had no issues, however on the third order, they did not send some of the items I had purchased and instead, included items which I had not even seen on their website, never mind ordered.
When I made them aware of the mix up, it was at this point I began to see how appalling the level of customer service they offered was. It took them three days to come back to me with any sort of valid response, and when they did, they denied that they had sent out any wrong items, but still mentioned they may offer a partial refund and would get back to me. That was two weeks ago, and I do not expect to hear anything from them in the near future.
Would I shop here again? Not even if my life depended on it. Luckily, our business doesn't either.
