Poor communication all through! Except for the order confirmation, no single communication received regarding delivery timelines. Even after 3 separate emails chasers, no single response received, Including a 4th email asking for cancellation and refund, still no response 🤦🏾♂️ had to contact credit card company to instigate refund

TBF, I was sceptical that I could get two sofas for less than the cost of one but, they arrived today and look good so far. I haven't unpacked them yet, as my house isn't ready to move into. They arrived well packaged and despite a bit of a battle getting them into the house, they are there and ready to go when the house is ready. Honestly, I'd give six stars if I could.
