After previously dealing with an unscrupulous taxi company (Unicorn DO NOT USE), it was a pleasure to deal with British Airport Riders.

Their website was easy to navigate and pricing is very fair. Cars are modern and clean. Drivers arrive promptly and are polite and engaging - Daniel in particular who did a great job.

I would have no hesitation in recommending British Airport Riders and will use them again when the need arises.

Atrocious company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE.
I was travelling alone at night with a small child and specifically asked that the driver be waiting as other companies have let me down in the past. He was not waiting. The company made up an excuse about a flat tyre which was obviously a lie. The driver was an hour late. He didn't bring the child seat I paid for - but one for a baby that wouldn't fit my son and that he didn't know how to install in any event.
Incredibly stressful experience and a health and safety breach.
This company should be prosecuted.

we booked a ride, a day in advance, and on the time while the car suppose to pick us, we got a phone that say "that there are NO available drivers".

This is my first time using your service and i am extremely disappointed.

First of all, the driver sent for the service could hardly understand English. He was standing at a wrong location for more then 30 mins, and I kept standing on the street trying to call him and explain him the location which he didn’t understand at all.

Me and my wife had to actually walk up to the location he was standing at and get him to the correct location, where our rest of the family and luggage was waiting for us.

Once he arrived, he had the audacity to not understand that he was at the wrong location and even threatened to cancel the ride and get another one. We were already running late now by 30 mins (pick up 3:45, Actual Pick up: 4:15 PM), gave in and requested him to take us.

Now as i write this email, i am running late to the airport severely and this guy doesn’t even know how to avoid traffic. Two hours and fifteen minutes since my actual pick up time and i still haven’t reached the airport.

It has been a terrible experience, and I am hoping to reach in time for my flight. I would highly appreciate if you can look into this as no one else would go through such horror.

Our flight to LHR was delayed. British Airport Riders took this on their stride and monitored the situation so that despite us being very late there was a car waiting for us. Used this service on number of occasions and have no hesitation in recommending it to everyone

TERRIBLE CAB COMPANY!!!!
I booked more than a day in advance. PAID IN ADVANCE and the driver wasn't even there's when I arrive . I had no miss calls, no text. So I called to ask. The operator had no idea what was going on and said he'd call back. Lies! I called again and was told the driver was an hour away. That's it.

No sorry, only excuse was your flight was delayed. When I asked what was the point in pre booking and paying, he had no response.

AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU DON't WANT TO BE STRANDED!!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!!

So I'm stuck in Stansted at 2:30am... Thank my lucky stars for cab apps like Uber/kapten/bolt. Reliable, efficient, my saviours. I called yet again to cancel and request a refund. Apparently I'll receive it tomorrow morning... Do you blame me for being a bit untrusting with that claim??

I gave this two stars because we actually got to our destination-- late but were ok, probably because we gave ourselves a 4 hour window and the drive takes only one hour. Having said that, it took our driver 45 minutes to find us because he was in the wrong location and couldn't understand us (or we him, he had a heavy accent) even when I had security officials try to guide him to us. It was a scary ride as he fluctuated quickly and often between 60 and 84 km/h down the highway and seemed very distracted and jumpy, eating and drinking and listening to the radio. We made it in one piece and made our connection but I won't use them again.

Excellent Service... Stuck in customs for an hour but the driver was waiting politely and simply replied it happens sometimes.

Would definitely use again, picked up from Stansted, polite, friendly driver, nice clean, comfy car aswell (kabee driver) Easy booking. Good price.

Driver was sent to the wrong terminal by the company.. Clearly booked by myself and confirmed before. We also rang to say the flight was an hour delayed beforehand and gave the flight number. We had to wait 35 minutes for the driver to find us, make numerous phone calls at midnight and on top of a delayed flight this was extremely frustrating as I had to be up for work in the morning. His response was awful, blamed us that he had been waiting an hour even though it was totally out of our control and as mentioned we had told the company and provided flight number, not my fault if this information wasnt passed on to the driver, or even basic information such as the correct terminal. He said he had had a 'long day' and said 'I'm not your dog' when all I asked was if we could hurry up as he was already delayed. We also had a long day of delays and travelling and was not a nice way to be met at all. When I asked for a refund because of the delay was offered a token £10 out of £61. Not happy at all as this will not make up for the 35 min delay on the fault of the company, the lack of sleep I had and anger the driver directed towards me.

Update : the company are now refusing to give me the £10 they had 'decided to give me'. Because of this bad review. This is the type of arrogant people you will be dealing with. They believe the service was acceptable and not even bothered to reply and apologise to this review even though they referenced reading it. They also cannot spell as their email is 'Brithish' which is probably why they also couldn't read the correct terminal to pick up from. Extremely unprofessional and unintelligent.

Not on time, we almost lost our flight. The driver was tired all the way from Manchester to London, and almost fell asleep several times! The service know is bad!

Excellent service from website booking to confirmation emails and texts to say driver was outside!

Arrived ahead of time and the executive car was wonderfully clean and comfortable. Would certainly recommend.
