Excellent service

Fast delivery , I needed to exchange my jacket for a different size , this was done quickly and easily with good communication throughout. Trying to buy uk made products when possible.

I can highly recommend this company

I can highly recommend this company.
The communication is excellent.
The delivery of items is so fast - best of all the companies I have ordered clothes from.
The staff are human and friendly.
If only all companies were like this !

Barbour bag

Item as described great quality as expected, living in Australia and getting items delivered from overseas can an issue at times but delivery was fast and no issues at all.

Material is terrible to send back from…

Material is terrible to send back from Ireland 24euro I paid 50e for the item not worth sending it bit of a scam going on with these lot .

We believe our returns policy is clear and transparent, with the information available throughout our website before an order is placed.

Based on the price quoted in euros and the 🇮🇪 flag in your profile, it appears your order may have been delivered to Ireland. Unfortunately, international returns are more expensive than domestic ones. Our returns service partially covers not only the cost of the courier, but also receiving, inspecting and processing the return at our warehouse. Customers are also free to use their own preferred carrier if they wish, although the cost for a tracked international return is often similar for a comparable service.

£8.90 just to try on a jumper

Product nice quality but didn’t suit me, so I sent it back. When the notification of refund came through I had been charged 2 sets of posting costs. £8.90 to try on a jumper makes it an expensive way of shopping!

We're sorry you were disappointed with the cost of returning your order. Our returns process is clear, transparent and easily accessible throughout our website, so customers can review it before placing an order and again when arranging a return.

While we appreciate that returning an item can be frustrating, sending orders, receiving returns, inspecting garments and processing them back into stock all incur genuine costs to us. Customers are also welcome to use their own preferred carrier if they wish.
