Service, delivery etc absolutely great. Seemed a bit pricey individually so I bought multipack ladies full knickers which I now only use and all my other cotton varieties I have been trying are being... See more

Let's get one thing straight first. I'm a step one wearer but, let's face it, they are bloody pricey. So I'm always on the lookout for an alternative bamboo based underpant without the high cost.
The wife saw BB on line as they sell stuff via John Lewis or somewhere.
So, as they're only down the road in Leek I went for it.
So I've had these a few weeks now (mixed in with my SO stock) and I can say they have positives and negatives.
+ves - generally feel comfortable on the skin, hardly notice them when on.
-ves - slightly oversized on the measurements, I went for a medium and there is just ever so slightly a bit of give OR the waist elastic just isn't quite tight enough.
Major negative, as the day goes by I get a bit sweaty in them. Step one have that inner thigh patch that stops chafing and these are missing something similar.
Will I buy again? Possibly, based on price and offers but I will always look at Step One first!!
Lovely products, great quality. Slight issues with delivery were quickly solved by the very efficient staff.
OK products but HUGE sizes. Followed their size guide, got the size I get from other shops - pants are so big they fall down! Unlike other shops, they won't let you try them on over underwear, so you're stuck with them. I've since got the smaller size, but from a department store as delivery is cheaper. Also tried their bamboo socks - small to start with and tiny after one cool wash. Way inferior to e.g. BAM's

The girl boxers are lovely and comfortable. I had a slight issue with my order but the customer service was some of the best I’ve had in months.
Quick to reply and more than happy to go out their way to build on customer relations.
Keep up the great work and boxers team!

My first pair have come apart on the first time of wearing them. Probably why they were reduced in the Debenhams sale

Came apart at the seams after first wear. So appallingly expensive for the what you get. Slow service and overall terrible value. Customer service and attitudes need some serious work too

Being asked to take down my review, particularly when asked to do so in order to receive my refund/ replacement shows the true nature of the company . The values expressed in many channels are not what I'd expect from a professional outfit. People are permitted to express their experience and opinions as they see it. Small businesses should know more than any the importance of theirs actions and responses. Thanks for the reminder to shop with larger corporations

Wonderfully soft and warm bamboo pyjamas and panties at a great discount price. Reasonable delivery time.

I specifically sought out a British-made brand at John Lewis and settled on British Boxers. I was extremely disappointed to find that many of their items are actually made in China. For a brand with this name and such a premium price tag, I find this completely unacceptable. I am not prepared to pay these prices for outsourced manufacturing where quality and standards are harder to verify. Furthermore, I found the styles to be quite frumpy. A very disappointing experience; I won't be buying from them again.

Treated myself to some brushed cotton pyjamas-they are so soft and cosy I decided to buy another pair right away!! Great service and good price too.
Beautiful pyjamas. Speedy delivery. The fabric is so comfortable. Best pyjamas we’ve ever bought.
Fast and accurate delivery of order. Good quality clothing. I've now been ordering for about three years from British Boxers and have been pleased with my purchases.
Lovely Christmas pyjamas at a bargain price promptly delivered
Great products, very good service and prompt responses to queries.
I am very happy with all the items I have bought. Very good value for money.
Well-made clothes. fast delivery. Not cheap but value for money
Quality of the nightshirts and PJs is excellent. Washes really well.
But what sets this company apart is the wonderful, personal service that stems from good values and a sense of enjoyment of the customers. You are part of the British Boxers family.
Debs is a lovely genius
Excellent products, well made and very comfortable, not to mention stylish. Always dispatched and therefore received very promptly. Good value too; due to good quality last well.
I have bought several items from this company over the years. The quality is exceptional and all purchases arrive quickly and well packaged. My partner has recently bought me a nightdress for my first inpatient stay next month. It feels lovely but I will not be wearing until after my surgery. I can’t recommend this company highly enough - they are fab!

First of all, who deleted my review?
Ordered brushed cotton pyjama, but they were too tight. I'm UK 10, according to BB, I'm size S in their size chart. Received extremely small and tight pants (they said it was their factory's fault-they looked like for a person size UK 8). Apart from that, the waistband was very uncomfortable on the body due to the stronger material. Not something I want to sleep in.
Arranged return, they responded to me only after I had submitted the Truspilot review. Refunding me a full price, which is great. But asked me to take my review down. I said that after I receive my refund, I might consider it. I'm still waiting for the refund. So, where is my review? Unbelievable.
Now, I'm worried, as I've read that people are not receiving their refunds from Debenhams (where I bought the PJs), some are waiting weeks, and are without cash. As I still haven't received my money back, I want to keep this review here. Do not delete what is not yours to delete.
Ordering from British Boxers might be a tricky experience; they normally charge 1.99 for returns. Their sizing is off, they don't have control over what is sent to you...and somehow, my original review is missing. I said: 'I will CONSIDER removing my review after I receive the refund, and I'm still waiting!

RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE
In short, you caused me an uncomfortable situation. As a customer, I just purchased your PJs through Debenhams. I followed your size chart and made the payment.
Your company did send me an item that was poorly sized. I did send it to you. You have sent money to your partner, Debenhams, knowing that Debenhams has a huge issue refunding people these days. In short, you didn't check the quality of your product, and you have partnered with a poor, declining, risky partner.
So, back to me, poor customer, I am short of money, Debenhams has no reply emails, just chatted with a robot through WhatsApp, telling me, the refund process in the UK might take up to 15 days, after it is processed, it might take 7 days to reach your bank. Well, I don't like it already.
Seeing that many people have been waiting for a refund for more than a month. What do you want me to say? If you were concerned, you should have refunded me and dealt with your lovely partner yourself. I don't want to wait for a month for a refund or potentially contact my bank for a chargeback.
I'm disappointed and frustrated, and my frustration lies with both of you.
PS: This is so bad that I'm going to mention this everywhere I go, my YouTube Channel, friends, and Facebook. So people know.
My advice to people... don't buy anything on Debenhams' website.
My advice to you...I'm not going to do that. I think it's obvious.

British Boxers are local to me so I was able to collect two sets of their bamboo short pyjamas.
The fit, feel and quality of the product is first class.
I've bought other items from them in the past and they've all been of exceptional quality.
Happy to support a local business and recommend to everyone.
