The products really work
I started taking magnesium triple action as I started to have anxiety attacks and heart palpitations. I put these symptoms down to starting menopause. After taking the magnesium for 3 days the symptoms stopped and my sleep has also hugely improved. I would highly recommend this product. The only issue is it can take a week from order to delivery so make sure you order repeats in plenty of time

Regarding delivery, our normal delivery timeframe is 2–3 working days, and we process all orders the very next working day after they are placed.
However, over the past two weeks, we’ve unfortunately experienced some unexpected delivery delays. These have been outside of our control and are due to Royal Mail experiencing significant staffing shortages in certain areas.
We’ve already contacted Royal Mail directly, and they have apologised for the inconvenience caused. This is not something we usually experience — deliveries are normally very reliable, and issues like this are quite rare for us.
We really hope Royal Mail will be fully back on track very soon, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Problem with shipping
Hi. I think your shipping amount calculator is making a mistake for Isle Of Man shipments. I just tried to order one pack of 60 capsules and the shipping was charged at international rates equalling 22 GBP???
I don't have whatsapp so I am placing this here in the hopes you can rectify the issue. Isle Of Man is hardly international shipping. And even when I buy supplements from the USA I never pay 22 GBP for 1 small pack of 60 tablets. A glitch maybe? Thanks for the help- waiting for response. EDIT - due to very fast response I altered the stars rating. Very quick to help customers with issues.

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention — you’re absolutely right, and I’m sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused.
This issue appears to be the result of a system glitch following our recent migration from our old platform to a new one. Previously, we had no issues at all sending orders to the Isle of Man with Royal Mail. However, since the migration and upgrade of our shipping calculator, some settings have not yet been applied correctly, which has unfortunately caused the Isle of Man to be misclassified under international shipping rates.
We are actively fixing this to ensure the correct Royal Mail rates are applied going forward.
In the meantime, we’re more than happy to manually correct the shipping cost for you. If you’d like to proceed with the order, please let us know and we will either adjust the shipping rate for you directly or refund the difference immediately if you’ve already been charged.
As an alternative, you may also wish to check our eBay store, where Isle of Man shipping is already set up correctly and orders can be placed without any issues.

I would like to clarify that our website is currently being upgraded and migrated. This is a process that takes time, particularly as we are doing this ourselves. Our first priority was to ensure that customers could place orders and receive their supplements without disruption. The remaining updates, including additional background information, will follow in due course.
Regarding the tone of some comments and comparisons being made, I do feel it is important to say that campaigning against small family businesses, or creating unnecessary suspicion around them, is disappointing and unfair. I have lived and worked in the UK for 18 years, alongside people from many different backgrounds, and I have never experienced behaviour like this from established companies. Targeting smaller businesses in this way can put them at risk and can have a real impact on people’s wellbeing and mental health when it crosses into harassment or abuse.
We are a small, family-run company doing our best to operate transparently, ethically, and within all regulations. Comparisons or campaigns between companies such as BS and BV only create unnecessary division, rather than supporting healthy competition.
Despite this, we remain focused on what matters most: continuing to grow, improving our platform, and providing the best possible service and quality products to our customers. We are still going strong, and we will continue to do our very best.

Fraud at its finest
Made an order, they wanted a bank transfer which I found odd so cancelled and went elsewhere. I looked into this company not using Google but using tor which bypasses censorship. Found out the company's account matches up with other companies that this site piggy banks on. Misleading and fake! Also the owner has been convicted of fraud.
Should be deported ASAP!
