I purchased a bed, wrong headboard was delivered. Took 10 days to exchange. The bed broke within a week. I asked to return, they said they would come for it yesterday. Didn’t turn up. I currently have a super king bed in pieces in my living room with 2 young children, it’s dangerous and inconvenient. I have rung all day yesterday and today. I have online chatted. I have emailed. I am being ignored.

Overall great experience. Bed is really great quality and looks great in the room. Only thing I would say is they require better tracking service. They should make it automated and smaller timed windows. Specified times for an extra cost is something I would definitely opt for if it was available as an option.

The single mattress we bought is good and feels well made for the price. It’s comfortable, firm, and it’s been supportive from the first night without any dips or issues so far.

Delivery was included in the price and arrived within a week, which was exactly as promised. The driver was friendly and kept us updated on arrival time.

Overall, it was a smooth experience from ordering to setup. No complaints, and I’d happily use them again.

I purchased a Balmoral King Size Divan bed back in August 2024. I was kept informed throughout the whole buying process and the delivery was very quick and free. The quality of the bed is very good and the price is really excellent compared to similar others on the market (price is even cheaper now than it was in 2024). There was an option to install the bed if I wanted, I'm quite handy so didn't need help. However I can understand how some people would find that service really useful. A year and a half on the bed is still brilliant, I had a minor niggle with a strut, I contacted customer support and they sorted it immediately without any fuss, very impressed. Overall I would thoroughly reccommend British Bed Co.

IN LOVE with our new bed. We ordered the Gemini Boucle Bed with gas lift ottoman storage. It is by far the best bed with have had. It is so sturdy and well built. Beautiful and just like the photos.

The only one issue we found were the instructions were not the most straight forward. We found watching videos online to be more helpful.

We have had our bed for over a year now and it still operates well (ottoman). The material is all in tact and it basically looks as it did when we first bought it. We are very pleased with the quality. The delivery was super quick and communication when buying it was great.

Windsor Haven Bed - easy to assemble and lovely bed. Only downside is that it didn't come with a baseboard for the ottoman so had to get that delivered later for an extra fee. Good communication with the team.

Lovely bed very comfortable and looks expensive compared to what other companies are charging. All delivered on time and was very easy to assemble as went for wooden slats.

The only downside was delivery..supposedly van broke down not far away i couldn't track it and was definitely coming by 6pm no show. Bed when arrived was lovely delivery men took shoes off and polite. Customer service were excellent..would by again .

I ordered the bed first then read the reviews and was instantly regretting it but to my surprise everything was perfect delivery was fast they even rang before they arrived and my bed is perfect it’s not 100% the same has the picture but I am more than happy with it would definitely recommend

I imagine many people are similar to me when ordering online with reluctance to purchase any ‘big’ purchase as is quite often that photos do not match what you receive.

I put off ordering for a few weeks on my quest to find the perfect bed at a reasonable price. I did some research and had many options in different baskets but kept coming back to The British Bed Company for the design and details I had on my list of wants.

I decided to order a King Size button backed ottoman bed in Naples Beige, upon completion of my order I was given a selection of delivery dates which helped me immensely when planning.

Right up until delivery the company were in contact, the day before and the day of delivery with a time slot.

The driver was incredibly helpful and unloaded the bed sections into my desired location. The bed came well wrapped with clear instructions. Upon opening the packages to construct the bed I was thrilled with the quality and design. It’s made such an impact in our master bedroom. I love it!

I had since recommended the company to my daughter and friend both of whom have ordered their new beds from them and are both thrilled with the quality and ease of ordering.

I ordered my mattress and had a delivery slot organised within the day , I was kept informed or the progress and on delivery day I was given an time slot , the delivery guys were very helpful and placed the mattress in the room for me , very satisfied with the service and price was very competitive

I usually buy from mainstream companies and pay the price for doing so. I found this company and brought the bed for my teenage daughter. She absolutely loves it. The quality, appearance, cost and fast delivery all contribute to why o strongly recommend this company.
