Everyone I dealt with was so polite and professional. On the day the work was completed swiftly and with clear explanations of what was done.
The weather delayed the work initially (in January) but I was well informed of this and a suitable alternative date found.
I had other quotes for the work that were nowhere near as professional, with no clear guarantee and more expensive.
So in my view British Bird Control were outstanding.

From initial contact, being able to determine access to my roof, through to fitting, it was a perfect service. The initial questions from Dave gave confidence that this was a professional company. Good communications explaining delays to scheduling. They were able to do the work while I was at work, so I came back to find the job done and it all clean & tidy.

The communication was excellent throughout, the installers were friendly and professional, and the work was completed to a very high standard. I'm very pleased to have had the work done and would happily recommend this company to anyone.

Very professional we booked paid deposit but unfortunately the bad weather we had delayed everything they kept in touch and updated us regularly the weather didn't improve they even offered our deposit back the team of roofers called to assess the situation twice but to dangerous to do the job then a few weeks ago there was a brief gap in the weather they phoned and arrived 8 30 got the job done cleaned up great job I would highly recommend them in

From start to finish, the process with British Bird Control was incredibly helpful, clear, and friendly. The team were great at answering all of my questions and keeping me informed throughout.

On the day, the team carrying out the work were very kind, professional, and helpful. The netting looks great, and all the mess was cleaned up very well. I’m so pleased that pigeons are no longer causing havoc on our balcony! All furniture was removed and everything was left tidy and ready for the waste collection I had organised.

I was very pleased and impressed with this company. The two guys, Paul and Matt who came out as soon as the weather permitted, did a very good, professional job. They cleared everything away after them and they even washed my windows down in case anything had dropped from the gutter, which they had cleaned out.
They were also very informative. I would highly recommend British Bird Control if you are having problems with birds roosting under your solar panels.

After two false starts due to poor weather, the work was carried out quickly and efficiently by Michael and Bradley. The pigeons are now looking very disappointed, while our drive is looking a lot cleaner.

Fantastic company. Great communication from start to finish. They came exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job. They were also they only company out of the four we contacted who really focussed on the welfare of the wildlife. Fully recommend!!

I needed to get mesh put around my solar panels. There were pidgeons nesting under them and their detritus was blocking my gutters.

The guys who came were very knowledgeable and efficient. Explained what they were going to do and showed me the photos afterwards.

They were quick and obviously knew what they were doing.

Very professional, experienced and licenced team cleared my roof and fitted the mesh around my solar panels. Cleared up all mess made and complete explanation of what they were doing, what they found under the panels and photo's of the work on completion. Excellent coms by the whole team before the booking giving complete peace of mind for the job. Very competitively priced too. Very happy customer.

Great company! Very efficient at all stages of the process. The guys were friendly and professional and everything was left tidy when they finished the work. They were very apologetic they were a little late due to a traffic problem, even the office called to apologise. Pricing was also very competitive. Shame so many other companies fail to meet these standards of customer service.

I was very impressed with this company. They provided a detailed specification of works based on my solar panels and access around the house. The guys who fitted the system were quick and efficient and I am absolutely delighted to be free of the noisy and annoying pigeons roosting under my panels who were affecting our sleep. Thank you!

Brilliant attention to detail whilst dealing with the planning team to decide a provider who would secure my solar panels, not attempt to sell me anything I probably didn't need, and dispose of the waste responsibly.
All reflected in the installation, an excellent duo, arrived early, totally respectful of my home, worked efficiently and tidily, explaining the process thoroughly.
Particularly liked that having sanitised the area, they have not risked disturbing the cabling to dislodge the empty nest and will return to remove should it slip down the roof over time.

The guys who came were very polite, friendly and professional and came earlier than expected. They did a brilliant job pigeon proofing our solar panels. They sprayed and cleaned them with the much needed biocide, cleaned out my gutter of all the pigeon poop, there was sooo much and even siliconed one of the kitchen roof tiles for me. They went above and beyond. The solar panels look great and no more pigeons under there, we counted 18 at one point. The pigeons did come back after they’d gone but could not gain access, so hurrar! They’ll probably give up eventually and disappear over the next couple of days. Overall, we are very pleased with the communication throughout, the product and the service we received, we cannot recommend this company highly enough. A* people!!
