Poor customer service

Refund now being processed

I have been trying to contact British Cannabis for several weeks regarding an order placed on the 18/03/26 for which payment was taken from my bank account and then the order was not received.
Only a few emails were responded to. I was assured the refund was going to be paid but it’s not been made.
Also tried contacting their WhatsApp messages and phone to resolve this issue, no response.
This doesn’t include the telephone number included on Trust Pilot reviews page
(0203 9652 420 ) which I also tried and an automated answer says the number is not in use at this time.

Regarding the phone number you mentioned, you are correct that 0203 9652 420 is no longer in use. Thank you for highlighting that it still appears on the Trustpilot page, we will ensure this is reviewed and corrected to avoid any further confusion.

While we no longer operate a phone line, our email and WhatsApp channels remain the best way to reach our customer support team, and messages are normally responded to promptly. The loss of your ticket was an unusual error rather than our usual practice, and we are reviewing this internally to ensure it does not happen again.

Most importantly, we will make sure your refund is resolved. I have personally followed this up with our accounts team to ensure it is processed straight away. The refund should appear in your account within the next 2–5 working days, depending on your bank.

No safety or tamper proof seal on my CBD Gummies

My CBD Gummies arrived on time and i was really looking forward to trying them for relaxation and sleep before bed. But upon opening the container and unscrewing the lip there was no tamper/ safety seal on the inside of the tub! Which I was very surprised and disappointed about from what looks like a well organised and legit company, And in this day and age I thought that would be a bare minimum requirement for such a company to have for safety and to keep the product fresh from containments! I am abit dubious as to try them now as to the quality and peace of mind that they haven't been tampered with! Disappointing!

Just to reassure you, our CBD Gummies are not sealed with an inner tamper membrane, and this has always been the case with this product. It is not a regulatory requirement for CBD food supplements in the UK, and the tubs are packed and closed within our controlled production and fulfilment environment before being shipped directly to customers.

That said, we completely understand why you expected to see a seal. Many products in other categories use them, so it can certainly feel unusual when one isn’t present.

Your gummies should still arrive fresh, safe, and untouched, but your peace of mind is important to us. If you would prefer not to use the product, please let us know and we’d be more than happy to arrange a refund or replacement for you.

Exercise caution

Beware the delivery times are misleading when ordering. Ordered Saturday and won’t get the item until Thursday. When ordered it said “get it delivered Tuesday if ordered within next 22 hrs” or something like this. Their delivery fees and times are out of date in their Ts & Cs too. Oh and they have mixed addresses for different platforms. Seems they don’t keep things up to date regularly so just take everything with a pinch of salt.

Impressed

As a new customer trying the 2000mg Raw Cannabis for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised. On taking this i got a good night's sleep and it got rid of my back pain immediately which is from a Disc protrusion and 2 disc bulges.
Life saver and I didn't need to take my meds for pain relief wow.
What a game changer this is. Will continue to use it.

Quality products at competitive prices

The website is very easy to navigate and all products are well described.

Always great experience.

Always great experience with this company. Products always great. Works great in reducing my cerebral palsy aging issues, and I have recommended to several friends. I know from my research that there are a lot of poor CBD products however these I trust and are now my main supplier, with excellent after sales support.

So far so good

After researching the CBD product and its benefits, I decided to try British Cannabis.
The initial order was a little problematic as my credit card payment was refused. This was possibly due to a finger fumble on my part. The issue was resolved and I received the order, 250mg Cannabis Oil, in good order.
I have been taking the indicated dosage about 3 to 4 times daily. So far I have had no side effects, which was of some concern to me. I think it is too early to comment categorically as to the benefits except to say that in my main area of discomfort, knees, I have been pain free since commencement.

Five stars 🌟 …

I’ve used CBD products from another popular company for about five years. However, after being let down by them twice on ‘offers’ (that i basically didn’t receive), I then received an email from British Cannabis. I’ve been using the 2400mg under the tongue spray. I find it really helps me to relax in the evenings and have a batter nights sleep.
The company are very professional and delivery is pretty quick. I like the packaging used for posting too as it’s all recyclable.
Since my first purchase with British Cannabis, I knew I’d never return to the other company.
Great products, choice, service. Fairly frequent offers for the less well off, like me, to take advantage of.
Overall I’m very satisfied and will stay with this company now 😀.

Paws CBD oil

Great service and prompt delivery, unfortunately the paws cbd oil doesn't seem very effective on our boarder collie, seems to have the same effect as Calmex tablets, however it works out a lot cheaper to use so that's a bonus.
