Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing regarding my order for acoustic panels placed on [DATE], order number [ORDER NUMBER]. It has now been over two weeks and I have not received my order. I have also contacted you multiple times and have not received any response. Please treat this as a formal notice. If I do not receive confirmation of dispatch or delivery within 48 hours, I will proceed with a claim under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 through my credit card provider to recover the full amount paid. I would prefer to resolve this matter directly, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. I look forward to your urgent response. Kind regards,
Was promised delivery today. Arranged for contractor to install on Monday. Received call yesterday to say delivery is delayed until sometime next week This has not started well
Lovely Panels like the multi width of the wood make the panels just look a little bit different to the normal standard ones
These panels are a very good buy They look so good on my feature wall (had a few complements about them )Joiner who fitted them said very easy to work with .God value for money Delivery prompt and on time .
