British Mist and particularly Chris go out of their way to make sure that all their customers get what they need as soon as possible. Chris always turns up with a smile and is happy to chat with customers. He like to get to know what they need and if he doesn’t stock it he goes out of his way to find it.

Chris from here goes above and beyond for his customers will always spend a bit of time having a chat making the experience feel personal everytime. Same day delivery great price no extra cost he is also friendly polite will always check on how you as a customer is. Cant fault the professionalism. Cant fault the company at all also great on price 10/10 keep up the good work man ps if you collect your stickers on your cards you get a free vape whats not to love about that

The service is unreal. Bank Holidays or late nights, if you ask really nicely they will try their best to provide! I would recommend to anyone, especially if you have a busy lifestyle. If they don't have the stock, they'll source it.

I must say delivery service is on point and Chris is such a polite person and I would strongly recommend them especially if cost is a problem as they do the cheapest prices around and the quality is sublime and genuinely these guys care about saving their loyal customers money 😊
