When placing the order
When placing the order, I used an old address stupidly. Once I realised I had emailed the team and asked if they could change the address, which they did. My fault but usually companies don't respond to emails as quickly as you would hope but these guys did! Panic over! So thankyou for amending my mistake. My brother is going to really appreciate his 30th birthday present.

After a small mishap (by no fault of the company) Jon sorted me out almost immediately. I could not recommend this company enough as they have went above and beyond to accommodate myself. I would purchase another item in a heartbeat. The item itself was superb! Makes a fabulous gift!

Quick delivery
Quick delivery, love the presentation visually but I will be getting both reframed. One has broken and the second required a bit of a repair.

Hi Ray, We are so sorry and annoyed to hear that the frames arrived damaged. We send out hundreds of these discs all around the World and it is very rare that one doesn't arrive in perfect condition. If you want us to sort out the re-framing for you, no charge obviously, please come back to me and I will get it sorted for you. Huge apologies that this happened to you but unfortunately all courier firms employ temp staff over the Christmas period and many don't pay attention to all the massive stickers all over our parcels saying "FRAGILE".
