Outstanding service
Outstanding service. I discovered my passport had expired last year. After searching the internet I learned we can no longer renew in D.C. I searched some more and realized that I was not going to be able to do this on my own. I needed a new passport ASAP due to upcoming travel plans. After more searching I came upon BritishPassportPro and Zana Sabre. Less than three weeks after my initial contact with Zana I had my new passport. Brilliant!

Fantastic service, and SO quick. Zana is very knowledgeable about the procedure and requirements needed to renew a British passport. He was unbelievably helpful and kept in close touch with me throughout the procedure. My new passport arrived on time in pristine condition. I would definitely recommend this service, which is so much quicker and easier than doing it yourself. Thank you so much!

Quick / efficient collecting info and submitting. Think the return envelope was mislabeled which meant new passport was rejected at mail customs and returned to the passport office.... so had a couple of days of confusion dealing with DHL....but the britishpassportpro guys were very responsive, helped me navigate and it got here in the end once the label was corrected. Would use again
