Initial reluctance, now please and impressed. Would recommend!
Hadn't heard of the organization until a could of weeks ago. Checked out ratings online and decided to give it a go. Called and was struck by how open, instructive and professional Zana came across. He advised that I should expect my passport within a few weeks. 10 days later it arrived. Both impressed and very happy with the service. I would recommend British Passport Pro any day of the week!
