Again we have been cut off from all communication from Anna Philips who was to set up our website as a good will gesture. Because I didn’t take off previous negative comments she said the company were not going to send us the website. Such a disappointment after we in good faith took Anna up on her offer to complete our publication on Amazon. Still haven’t had our global distribution either.

I have now received my money back with the help of my bank and Action Fraud. The woman at BPH informed me that four other people have been sacked from BPH, not including 'Harry Smith', who was dealing with my book. Do not trust this company. I did ask for a refund directly from them, but they didn't reply; they don't care. Now it's about starting again to find a trustworthy publishing company.

This is not a bonafide company. It had one member using the alias Harry Smith and has scammed many, including myself, for hundreds of pounds for services not given. I have reported this to Action fraud and been refunded by my bank for money paid for proof reading, redacting and formatting services not carried out. Emails have gone unanswered and the phone lined disconnected

Do not trust the British Publishing Hub. They did not fulfil their contract and took money without providing any of the services they agreed to. Their editing was shoddy and entirely completed by ourselves the authors. They took money for ISBN which was never delivered, never marketed the book and never published as promised. Total scammers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR SEND THEM ANY MONEY
