It was really easy to order from this company. They replied straight away about a query I had. Delivery was on the day they said it would be and within the stated hours.
The table is excellent quality and will last a long time and therefore help the planet. We are really pleased with it and it is an ideal size for the little ones, in fact they will probably outgrow it as it’s so robust. It’s maintenance free so what’s not to like.

I purchased four items: 1)Queensbury garden chair set in brown, opted for the large seats, 2)Roundhay garden dining set in brown and 3&4) Two Ilkley benches with sloped backrest - brown. I've been keen to have recycled plastic garden furniture, as I live in an exposed area and wooden furniture requires continual maintenance. Item 1) arrived in a separate delivery. Good customer service throughout as the product was in stock and arrived earlier than expected. I received regular updates from the driver on day of delivery. Arrived on time and very well packaged on a pallet. Easy to assemble. Looks fantastic and very comfortable. Unfortnately on unpacking the second delivery (items 2-4 although well packaged on pallets), 2 of the Roundhay chairs were missing. I contacted British Recycled Plastic and the customer service was exemplary. Not only were the items found they were delivered by a courier later on the same day. To provide some context this was a 6 hour round trip to complete the order and delivery to my home. The whole experience has been second to none: from all communication with the customer service team, to the amazing delivery drivers. I highly recommend this company and the quality of their products. I plan to purchase additional items, as I have been so impressed from beginning to end.

We are delighted with our new raised bed kits from British Recycled Plastic. It was important to our Eco Council children that we chose a sustainable product as they are passionate about recycling and reducing waste. An additional benefit for us is that the raised beds are durable and safe for children of all ages.

When the first bench arrived, it was faulty, but they sorted the issues quickly, pick up the faulty one and dropped off a new bench and gave us a small refund for the inconvenience. This all happen with a lot of logistics to sort out as we are one a remote Scottish island. They were great. And the recycled plastic bench is also very good.

The furniture is perfect.
Just felt sorry for the delivery chap as he was on his own and the units were very heavy. Yes he did have a forklift but from the health and safety point of view unloading was a worry for those watching.

We bought several picnic tables for both a communal allotment and an apiary. The tables were relatively straightforward to assemble and are substantial! They will clearly last a long time. The slight issue with missing screws was quickly solved and the delivery driver was very helpful. A good experience, thank you.

We are a sailing club that needed plastic beams for a new jetty. After discussing our needs, with a real person (!), we were confident to proceed. The beams and other sections were delivered as promised and the company was responsive to questions about getting the lorry near enough to site on a particular date, liaising on our behalf with the delivery company.
The sections of plastic are not quite as stiff as the same section wood and designers should be aware of that. Also the sections are solid on the exterior but can have bubbles internally (like a Crunchie bar) so get the right sections and don't cut them down on a table saw. Drill pilot holes for all screws and make sure they are the thread-cutting type so they grip the plastic well. Use through-bolts where practicable.
Well supported, the beams will last a lifetime and lock up CO2 for decades.
