Very exhaustive and fast communication (also per WhatsApp). Very good prices. Broad geographic pick-up and drop-off availability all across Northern Cyprus. The car was of very good quality and in flawless state. The manager speaks very good English and gives good advice. I totally recommend!
Seems quite dodgy
I booked through them because I found a car for 68GBP for a day instead of 110+ direct with Europcar and others. I understood afterwards the reason: Saturday car rentals offices are closed, Monday is bank holiday and they do not have all a drop key system. Which Europcar confirmed when I called in the middle of my chat with BRC but BRC maintained that if I managed to book this slot with them, then Europcar are not telling the truth, and that they have been in the business for over 25 years !!! At that stage I realised it didn't smell honesty so I asked on the chat to cancel and the person "Richard" asked me to wait until the next day when their office is open because cancellation could be made 24h prior pick up ...which I knew was wrong : T&C read 48h min. I would have then lost 43GBP that they charge after that !
The end of the chat was so surrealistic and ridiculous that I thought I was ''talking'' with a robot !
They made me lost so much time it is very irritating. And I hope they won't charge me anything...
I will remember that when it's too good to be true, then ...
