I have paid for a full year and since then 4 full work days have passed and I have not received my login details. I wrote to customer service on days 2 and 3 and have received no reply. I strongly suggest that you deal with some other company.

Honestly, I don't experience many issues... yes, from time to time some live channels disconnect, but not for long. With the vaste content that is available, I am not a stickler for time to time minor issues. I am very happy and certainly hope things don't go south. But up to now, very happy. I was sceptical in the beginning, so only took a month to month subscription. After a few months I was happy and subscribed for a year to benefit on the minor cost saving. It's been 8 months and still connected and streaming happily!

This is a blatant scam
This is a blatant scam. As soon as I discovered that my account log in was not the same as the App login there was something wrong. I asked for support on their main website and received a username and password access to the App that I had previously downloaded after my CC payment went through. However, after finding that NO channels actually loaded up inside the App 1) I complained via their support app and then 2) I asked for refund. and then finally 3) I discovered that the site does not load into my browser anymore. BEWARE. I am feeling too stupid to myself to be duped in this way and my friends are going to get an earful of my complaints as well for recommending this site. Finally, the website landing page britishtv.org seems to automatically shutdown now when I try to return to login to myaccount or try to contactus. It is a fake frontpage.

The content and choice is very good but....
The content and choice is very good although It is not unusual for certain channels to not work or cease working whilst watching which is most frustrating. However my biggest problem, and the reason I am no longer subscribing is the unbelievable subscription policy. My first year of subscription started in September. Since then I have renewed it early, last year being in May. They are telling me to ignore the September subscription, Information supplied by them and displayed on my screen. They demand the subscription be renewed from the previous renewal in May. They refuse to answer my question of where in their material it says renew early and lose that extra time. Life should be simple, they believe in making it frustrating. I have now been blocked with 4 months remaining on my subscription. Further to my experience with this company I find they automatically debited my credit card which means I have to phone my bank overseas. This company is bringing their ethics into question! How do I give a zero star rating?

To be fair, I find the content to be really great and for someone living outside the UK the live content is a massive help to us. Yes if using web browser to view it can be frustrating but using their own App (OCTV) on a Fire-Stick is much more user friendly.
I find opening a customer ticket is the best way to get quick help and this is quite interactive if you have further questions.
Took my money but cannot provide the service
I signed up for a year subscription in good faith but their services cannot load.
TV is working perfectly because YouTube Netflix AmazonPrime all work perfectly.
Connection is perfect with a Jitter of 0 or 1 locally and out of London / Manchester (I know this because of the exhaustive attempts to see why the product is not working)
They are operating from a server in Dallas - ie appear to have no CDN - and therefore their ability to stream globally competently is evidently touch and go.
They have refused to refund my subscription which is inaccessible through no fault of my own - but because their infrastructure is below par.
Dishonest business practice.

Constant issues, very poor support. Think theyre run by foreigners. Not resubscribing with them again, anyways have found "The British TV Club" to be a lot more reliable.
