No response to requests for a returns label.
Order 16457 18th May for a weed puller.
£27.99
No response after three emails requesting a returns label so I can get a full refund as per your returns policy.
I have had to contact PayPal and inform them of the problem. Email sent again and still no response. A dispute will be raised soon.

Excellent service, wonderful plants!
I was apprehensive about using a company I hadn't heard of before, but loved the range of plants advertised so I made a small purchase of 3 Hydrangeas. I need not have worried, the plants arrived very quickly, were lovely and fresh, and are really nice bushy specimens with lots of buds ready to open. As one of them is for a friend's birthday shortly, I am delighted that I will be able to present her with a wonderful flowering plant. Searched online for a bike track pump…
Searched online for a bike track pump that would be cheap and light to travel with… I was shocked but very excited to find these guys who would ship online of course but they are only 10 mins drive for me so what’s not to like 😊. When I got there they were super helpful and 100% friendly, they also have a showroom and I browsed lots of interesting stuff… definitely a great wee find and I’ll be back… thank you

Still waiting for confirmation of returns process
Bought a product which was not fit for purpose at all. Requested a full refund and was offered 25% refund which isn’t acceptable given the product doesn’t even work and so I don’t want to keep it or give it to anyone. I’ve declined the offer but still had nothing further!
