Avoid avoud

What a disaster. The hot chocolate machine was not properly working the staff member did not know hot chocolate from hot chips. Also overcharged (13 pounds) for a small hot chocolate. To be avoided at all costs.

I placed an order 5 days ago and this…

I placed an order 5 days ago and this order is for Father’s Day. I’ve sent a message via their form on their website and also sent email directly to them with no reply. I’ve had no further emails or indication of delivery etc since I placed the order and no phone number very poor service and my next step is to raise a dispute and refund.

Item ordered on 5th January 2023. No dispatch email received, no item delivered and no response to 2 emails enquiring about my order. I am shortly going to raise as an issue through PayPal.

Not a legit company, do not use!

Do not use, not a legit company! I ordered a scarf on Brityard.com that has never arrived. I contacted the company's customer service multiple times via email (they don't have a customer service hotline, first flag): At first, I asked for shipping information, then for a refund, and I never received any reply to any of my queries. The "confirmation of shipping" email I received did not contain any tracking information or information on a shipping service company. It was so disappointing as I wanted to support a small business. They took my money and are clearly not legit, so don't waste your time or money buying there.

Didn’t receive an order, but company keen to make amends!

Ordered a bottle of gin for my husband for Father’s Day. It didn’t arrive. Put a negative review on here, as I had chased but didn’t get a reply. I was then contacted promptly, refunded and sent a bottle for free, updating me regularly on what was happening and where it was! Restored my faith in this company. Thank you!

I contacted customer service to ask a question on a bank holiday weekend and it was answered very professionally and helpful in minutes.

Ive bought from Brityard many times now, and use it as my main source of great British goods. (especially Gin!) - Purchase experience was great, delivery and shipment great, and communication great - Really wish them all the best.
