Great app for real estate calculations!

Great app for real estate calculations!

Really useful app with a clean and intuitive interface. After entering the numbers, you get a clear visual dashboard that makes it easy to understand the results. The scenario sliders are especially useful they let you instantly see how different assumptions affect the outcome. I also like that the calculations are transparent, so you can see exactly how the figures are derived and verify them yourself. Highly recommended!
