I've been in real estate for 12 years now and rarely find top notch companies to partner with that show this kind of committment to their clients and ensuring a smooth transaction! I am proud to do business with them! You won't be disappointed!
This company was very deceiving from the very beginning. It says on their website you pay nothing and home is sold as is. They did not make it clear that you would have to show the home and would end up taking less then what they originally offered. They ended up backing out of the contract but I had to pay them 5,000.00 if I wanted to sell my house. Please do your research when dealing with this type if company. Unfortunately, I didn't and endured a lot of stress, headache and money. The sales person led me to believe he was a real estate agent or at least in the business for a long time. When I asked if he was an agent, he hesitated and said no. He was the rudest person I have ever experienced. There is a lot more to this story, but would take too long to explain. Just want to put this out there as a warning.
