Have ordered motorcycle helmet on august 27th and until today didn't receive helmet neither money refund. As reference and evidence for my negative review I am sharing my order number M-2000009292 and shipment tracking as screen shoot.
Brixia Moto support service is unprofessional and never replying and following on e-mail correspondence.

After two months they have realiyed that they have sent the parcel to incorrect address and now asking me to cover shipment cost again or they can issue some coupon instead money refund. Thank you, but no thank you….
If you don't want to lose money and your nerves, then avoid buying from Brixa Moto

I've been buying from this store for a long time. Everything's fine until you receive a defective product! Three weeks ago, I received a broken windshield, and customer support is dragging its feet! I received a notification that I could return it at my own expense. Why should I pay for an order that was damaged during delivery? I'm ready to return it; please provide the invoice. But the store simply replies: "Shipping at my expense." WhatsApp support is terrible. Every two or three days I get a message from the chat bot asking if I need more help. I reply "YES," and then silence again. Refund the cost of the item with shipping or replace it with a new windscreen!

Good communication, but a bit overkill with the emails, lol.
Delivery was via snail mail (overland), but it included step-by-steptep information.
The part fitted and was of good quality.
Would definately use Brixia Moto again. Great Italian company with lovely manners and care.

In my experience GIVI products have always had a very high quality of design and finish and the universal windshield is no exception. The method of front fork and handle bar mount is tried, tested and reliable.

I placed an order (M-2000009330) on 25 August, and today (7 September) it is still in your warehouse. Your emails mention “blocked couriers” and “soon to be delivered,” which sounds like a creative fiction rather than reality.

Your website promises shipment within 3 days — clearly, that promise doesn’t apply here. I expect either:

Immediate shipment with valid tracking, or

A clear explanation why you cannot ship and refund

Almost two weeks of waiting with only empty messages is disappointing. I hope Brixiamoto resolves this before your “soon to be delivered” turns into “never delivered”.

Great product for a reasonable price, as I was unable to purchase in Australia (seems too hard for Australian businesses) it was a pleasure to deal with brixiamoto.com, excellent communication and great product choice and getting the right product that I wanted without a fuss.
