BEWARE: As soon as you enter your email address you are bombarded with emails, including from France, Hong Kong, Suisse and strangely NZ. This is an on-seller who gets paid for supplying your details to a 3rd party. You will be spammed and possibly scammed if you are not careful.

I have got the worst customer service. I signed up for 2 degree with them and they said 4-5 days and then I received the email from 2 degree that it will take a week so I called the agent called David again and he said he will cancel it there will be no cancellation fees no consequences and said I can go for a shop. I bought a broad band from the shop.Next day I received an email from 2 degree that they have sent the modem for fiber connection and I called David again and he said he will inform 2 degree to attach an envelope to return so I just forget about it and then today I received the email from 2 degree that I will need to pay cancellation fees, I tried to call 2-3 times and i did not know the 4 digits etc and so I called broadband company and the customer agent was so rude blaming to me saying You are responsible, You have no intention to call them etc You You, I said you can go back listen to the conversations. So now I have to call 2 degree and sort it out. This company takes zero responsibility and rude to their customers. AVOID
Advertise deals and then say they are not available. Then try and talk you into something else. Easier just to go to the providers website as I don’t think any of their deals are exclusive.
Your service was good but we are yet to be deferred to our new provider which was meant ylto happen on the 16th of dec

The guy I talked to, Alex, was great and very professional. The whole setup of your services isn't. Over 3 weeks and still no modem for work and university. 2 degrees were none the wiser on the proposed new broadband connection

Broadband Compare saved me money. They gave me the options out there, showing me the plans that fit my scenario. They made it easy to change, walking me through the process. I then saved $473 over the next 12 months in under 15 minutes of my time, for the exact same product. Genius.

Visited the website for the first time and got involved in an online chat with Vee. Very helpful and easy talk. She helped me to find a great broadband deal for my mom. Can't be more thankful!
