Watched a delivery driver not looking while driving and smash into a parked car, turned out to be a nurses car as she was visiting a patient. Couldn’t believe that the driver didn’t say sorry to the nurse, but also the hand that were just flung around in the crash were then transferred to another vehicle to then be delivered. Unreal.

Have used company in previous years. Contacted company before Christmas 2022 using their sales@ etc about ordering a product. No response whatsoever. Followed up after Christmas. No reaction at all. Wondered if company still in business. Assume so as products still appear in co-op. Very disappointed as previously OK

First time we’ve ordered. Products were of good quality and price. Will definitely be using again for future orders and not just for Christmas.

Last Christmas my order failed to arrive so having ordered from one company for years I switched to Broadlands.
Delicious ham delivered on chosen date. Next year it will be a Broadlands ham again.

Quality products, particularly sausages which are full of meat and not fat! Well packaged and delivered promptly.

A unique taste first sampled at the Aylesham Show, in the form of an impressive Bacon Bap, prompted me to enquire from the attractive vendor where she sourced her bacon. "Broadland Hams" she divulged. The secret was out - and an order followed.

Absolutely delicious hams. I used to buy Broadland hams regularly from our local butchers when providing a buffet for local events and family gatherings and the ham always went down well. When our local butchers closed I discovered I could buy them online which has been very convenient. When I’ve phoned the office to ensure delivery time would work with an event I’ve been catering for I’ve found the customer service to be most helpful and courteous. Delicious ham, great service.

Most disappointed ordered a Honey roast ham and received a traditional ham. No communication on delivery until courier was about to arrive.

I can't recommend Broadland hams enough. For fifteen years both as a retail customer for the shop I worked in and now as an ordinary customer it never disappoints.

Haven't started the ham yet but it looks marvellous & arrived in perfect condition.
