In March 1997 Broadmoor RV was born. It started out with very humble beginnings next door to the Broadmoor Factory Outlet Mall. The Parts and Service Departments were run out of shipping containers and the sales office was run out of a rented space inside the mall. A few short weeks after Broadmoor RV's creation, disaster struck. Those native to the Tri-Cities know the destruction our windstorms can bring. The Easter Morning Storm of 1997 was one of those storms: destroying several tent trailers off the lot of a dealership just starting out. In its infancy Broadmoor RV was able to make 7 sales in its first month of business. That same year in August the dealership found its new and permanent home on two and one half acres across the street from where it all started. Two and one half acres grew over the years to 22+ acres; over nine times the size. The service department has become recognized nationally as one of the best available with over 50% of technicians being master certified. From 7 units sold a month it now sells close to 1600 annually. The lastest addition of 12 more service bays, a paint booth, collision center and expanded parts department encouraged the addition of SuperStore to the name. Broadmoor RV SuperStore has Super People, Super Service and Super Prices all in one place. Come in and let them prove it! Broadmoor RV is conveniently located near the areas of Richland, West Richland, Kennewick, Pasco and Walla Walla.

From sales (Doug), knowledge, professionalism and respect, to finance (Molly)who guided us through the financial process, keeping our needs and wishes in mind. No high pressure tactics! Liz in the parts department went the extra mile, finding a larger fridge that we requested be installed and ensuring that we knew the shipping status at all times. Charles led us through the functions of our new motorhome, he was patient with all of our questions and ensured we were comfortable in operating the unit. Overall a very pleasant experience!! Great job team Broadmoor!!!

What a treat to buy from such a great RV Dealership. Thank you Marta, John, and Joe for making this a good experience.

I would like to make mention of Charles Hipp. His attention to my needs and knowledge of what I was asking was outstanding. His ability to understand my needs and ensure I had a wonderful experience is the reason I had such a wonderful experience. Broadmoor will continue to be an excellent dealer if they employ more folks like Charles.

Promises for credits were not noted until I asked and then I was left waiting in an office while the finance manager 'checked'. Even after they honored the credit they made sure I knew 'they don't do this anymore'. THEN WHY OFFER IT AS A PART OF THE SALE. Worse, my RV had a vent that was completely closed. I had to cut it out myself to get heat working. That's unacceptable. There are better RV stores out there. I would not do business with Broadmoor again.
Drove up from California cause they had the best prices for what we were looking for on the west coast! Everything was quick and painless. The walk through was very helpful and they addressed any issues we had before we left and hit the road. We camped our way home and even had to call to ask questions after hours. They were very helpful and I’ll be going back when we’re ready!

The entire staff was fast, friendly and professional. The sales folks made sure we were buying what we wanted before they let us make a final decision by taking the time to show us all they had to offer and explained all the different options each camp trailer had available. Great buying experience and will definitely recommend them to others.

We had a great experience working with Broadmoor. This was the second time for my husband and the first time that I had purchased an RV through them. We were very pleased with the experience all the way from shopping and looking at units to financing. It was a great experience.

Marta and Chris, along with everyone else at Broadmoor, are wonderful! They went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and help us figure out the best options for us. They are honest, sincere, and helpful, without being at all pushy. So refreshing after the many other RV dealers we have visited!

I walked in to broadmoore looking for a specific model they did not have it in stock but had something along the line of what I was looking for so they decided to show me. I fell in love with the trailer they had in stock and was very similar to what I wanted. What I liked the most was I felt zero pressure by my sales person marta she was very helpful when needed but not pushy at all. The walk through was also great any questions I had were awnsered and they took time to show me everything on my rv. The only reason I'm giving a 4 was because when we did our walk though we pointed out details in the trailer that were supposed to be fixed by next week when I picked it up. I showed up and 2 of the things that were supposed to be fixed weren't because they did not have the parts. They assured me they were ordered and would have them in soon. It was kind of a bummer not taking it home in perfect shape but I also understand parts take time to come in. other than that everything was great and definitely recommended broadmoore rv.

This is our 3rd RV we have purchased from Broadmoor RV. We like dealing with Marta, who we feel gives a fair deal. When there are warranty issues, Broadmoor RV has always been there to take care of the problem. They have a good variety of brands, and types of RV's, making it unnecessary to shop at other dealers. Hopefully our recent purchase of an Arctic Fox Fifth Wheel (a very well made RV) will be our last purchase for a good long time. Love our Arctic Fox 27-5L, just the right size for the two of us.

Happy with our new RPod 192 trailer. Marta the salesperson was very good. We were not happy being around so many people in the building that worked for the dealership walking around without a mask during a pandemic. And, a couple of small issues with the trailer (missing the bush kitchen and the dealership blowing the fuse on my electric jack and not replacing it) made me wonder about the check in and check out process for this product.
There was too much information to absorb on the walk through. Especially for a new trailer/RV owner. They need a pamphlet, or videos to refer back to.
Nothing terrible but the overall experience could have been better, especially in regards to mask safety and consideration of our time being there.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience. We walked in the door and said we just want to browse at trailers. The lady at the front desk said it was their policy to have a salesperson make contact with us (which initially I was saying to myself “here we go again”) Brad came up to us and introduced himself. I told him that we are only here to browse bumper pull toy haulers. He politely pointed us in the direction of the bumper pull toy haulers. Brad respected that we did not want to be pressured so he checked in on us about every half hour. It was a real quick check in that consisted of “how are you guys doing, want any water and can I answer any questions?” It was the perfect amount of interaction for us. Towards the end of our browsing we linked back up with Brad and we talked about everything we looked at. Brad did no try to up sell us on anything and was super respectful of our wants and needs. Day and a half later we bought our first Travel Trailer from Brad and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Everyone from the front desk to the finance room was super nice, professional and respectful. Highly recommend Broadmoor RV!

The purchase was smooth and uneventful but the walk thru seemed like a hard sell for add ons like coatings and fancy surge protecters. Also during the walk thru the employee could not seem to keep his spandex type mask on. The same type of “mask” the CDC and tests have shown to actually promote aerosol of droplets rather than containing them. None of the other employees readying the RV were wearing any masks at all. They accommodated us quickly for a next day delivery but obviously did not check the water system carefully. It had a problem that would have been immediately obvious had they tried each faucet.
We loved broadmoor RV, Eder really spent his time helping us navigate what we needed and wanted. This place is awesome!

Our salesperson, Fred, was knowledgeable and helpful without pressure. The process of determining our choice of unit and making the deal on a Saturday was easy and fairly fast. We made arrangements to deliver our trade-in, handle the paperwork, and pick up the new unit the following Saturday. We had a set appointment time to handle the paperwork and the walk-through of the new unit. The salesperson asked us to arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment with our trade-in so the inspection of the trade-in could take place prior to our appointment time. We dropped the trade-in exactly 30 minutes prior to the appointment time. The salesperson had us take a seat in the sales area during the time the trade-in was to be inspected. He returned to ask us a couple questions regarding the trade-in during that time. Our actual appointment time to handle the paperwork and walk-through of the new unit came and went. Our salesperson, Fred, returned a few times and indicated they were running behind in the shop on walk-throughs and deliveries. After more than an hour had past beyond our appointment time we expressed concern about the delay and asked the salesperson if we needed to make another appointment and come back, as we had other things we needed to accomplish. Our salesperson said he did not have any control over the service department walk-through process. Finally, nearly 1 & 1/2 hours after our appointment time we were called in to sign some paperwork and taken to the new unit for our walk-through. My wife had other pressing tasks, so she just stayed long enough to look at the washer-dryer pair we had installed in the unit and left. I remained for the balance of the walk-through. The unit was well cleaned for delivery. The technician that handled the walk-through seemed knowledgeable and pointed out the details of system operations. However, as we were approaching the end of the walk-through, the technician attempted to demonstrate the fireplace operation and was unable to get the fireplace to function. The technician called the technician that prepared the unit and he said the fireplace had been working. The walk-through technician finally concluded it was non-functional. I asked him to call our salesperson to the fifth wheel, which he did. It was agreed they would see if another Montana in stock had the same fireplace in functional condition and install it, or a new fireplace would be ordered and installed. I agreed to return to take delivery when a functioning fireplace was in the unit. I asked to check the installation of the goose-box we had Broadmoor install on the fifth wheel to make sure the clearances to the pickup would be correct. We made that check and determined the goose-box installation was as it should be. Also, the fifth wheel was winterized when we first looked at it and we told our salesperson we wanted it delivered winterized. The technician that prepared the fifth wheel for delivery dewinterized the trailer. So I asked the fifth wheel be rewinterized while the fireplace issue was being dealt with. I left, assuming it would be some number of days later I would receive a call saying a new functioning fireplace was installed and I could pick up the fifth wheel. I actually received a call later that day saying the unit was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, the same technician that earlier conducted our walk-through met me. He indicated there was actually nothing wrong with the fireplace and that he had simply not known the location of a power switch on the fireplace. He showed me the fireplace operation and I was able to depart with the fifth wheel. There is one cabinet piece in the interior that has a finish defect. Broadmoor said they ordered a replacement for the piece and would call when it arrived. I have not yet heard back regarding the replacement piece. Although some of the experience has been good, the delays on delivery day were significant.

Long Drive from Boise, but worth it.
Marta Nicholls was awesome and easy to work with, I would refer her to anyone. She made sure the used 5th wheel we were buying was immaculate before we drove from Boise to Pasco to see it and tow in our trade-in.
We thought John Rodriguez, in finance, did a good job explaining the add-ons and the financing. No "pressure" to add anything on to the contract. He explained all the "programs" and let us decide. We were very happy with the interest rate we got.
The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is: After asking them to make sure they had the proper hitch to install in our 1 ton short box Ford, when we were there the first time, they didn't have the correct one. We had anticipated being there for the 4+ hours to go over everything on the new 5th wheel and to have the hitch installed, so we drove from Boise the night before to be there in time for our 9:00AM appointment.
Joseph (can't remember last name) was very thorough going over everything to make sure we knew how to operate everything in the 5th wheel, which took well over an hour. He never made us feel rushed or that we had stupid questions. Very, very patient. When the walk-through was done Marta came and told us they didn't have the correct hitch and had to order it from Spokane. She was very apologetic and brought her manager with her to give us the "bad news". That meant we had to stay in a hotel another night. They did tell us we could spend the night in our new 5th wheel, on their lot, but I didn't bring bedding or other incidentals needed for an over night stay in a new 5th wheel. We weren't charged the additional cost for the "upgraded" hitch and were given a $150.00 gift certificate (to be used in the parts department). Of course, we spent far more than that on a playmaker dish we could use for both TV's.
Last comment is: It's been over a week and they have not paid off the loan on our trade-in and another payment was taken out of the checking account. I didn't realize it would take that long or I would have cancelled the automatic payment! Now, I just have to make sure they paid off the original payoff quote not the lower payoff (after the payment has posted).

Sales was very nice and knowledgeable. When it came time to finance they were able to get us a couple points lower interest. However, didn't notice until later that they shorted me on the agreed trade in value of my rig. The walk through of the new RV was great, learning all of the functions features.
