I ordered a small skip informing the company that the load would include some doors. Two of the doors were placed on either side of the skip, the other two were flat. Before collection many passers by helped themselves to what they wanted from the skip which helped to significantly reduce the level. I was not at home when they came to collect the skip and on my return, I found all four doors had been taken off and left on the drive. When I contacted the company about this I was informed that the skip was over loaded so they had to remove the doors. If that was the case, why remove the doors? Why not take off some of the more manageable objects for the customer to dispose of and leave the doors flat on the skip? Surely it’s more difficult to handle four doors!
This company was not the cheapest price I found but had the best star rating. Even though they were older reviews I thought I would have the least trouble when time came to take the skip. Seems I was mistaken. Sorry. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Skip ordered for a Friday as we had family coming to help us take furniture apart over a weekend. I was assured it would be there as I'd ordered in plenty of time. Got home from work...no skip even though it had been paid for. Unable to contact the company until Monday. Complete waste of a weekend, further arrangements had to be made.
