Do not trust this business

Do not trust this business ! They take payment and promise payment within 3-4 days. Then they do NOTHING! No order updates. No shipping notices. They do not have a phone number. They do not reply to email service requests.

I ordered a chair from Broadout

I ordered a chair from Broadout, site says 4 business days for delivery I have yet to get my product. In fact the site says order confirmed. I reached out to the store, by email have not heard back from them. They do not have a number to call directly.

Huge thanks to Lamar for making my cushion exchange a breeze!

I recently purchased a mat from your store, but unfortunately, I ended up getting the wrong size. I was a bit worried about the exchange process, but Lamar, the customer service representative I spoke with, made everything incredibly easy.

On top of the fantastic customer service, I'm also very impressed with the quality of the cushion itself. It's clear that a lot of care goes into your products.
