We placed an order for window blinds for our new office building and right from day one the service was fantastic with prompt feedback and keen pricing.

These blinds were fitted yesterday and look fantastic.

The fitting team were amazing too in that they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before they left.

All in all a company that I would highly recommend.

Very happy with every aspect of the service provided by Broadview, from visiting the showroom for advice, to getting the finished window blind, which is lovely.

We wanted interior shutters for the lounge. The salesman explained all the options so we picked a date for fitting and had them installed. Extremely happy with the shutters and the company, would recommend them.

I recently had blinds and shutters installed in our new build home and we couldn’t be happier with the final result!
From start to finish, the service was professional and friendly. A special mention has to go to Will, who came out to take all the measurements. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all our options clearly. It gave us real confidence that everything would fit perfectly – and it absolutely did.
The quality of both the blinds and shutters is fantastic. They’ve completely transformed the look of our home and added that perfect finishing touch we were hoping for. The installation itself was smooth and tidy, and everything fits beautifully.

Our only slight complaint was the wait time – it took around three months for the shutters to be delivered. That said, once they arrived and were fitted, we could see they were worth the wait.

Overall, we’re really pleased and would definitely recommend!

Excellent experience - From survey to installation

Great experience and very happy with the outcome. Fitting was professional and fitters were nice and tidy and the shutters look really nice. Also had awning fitted and although weather hasn’t meant we could use it yet, we are very happy with how neat it looks on the outside of the property.

Excellent customer service from start to finish and a great price.
This is the first time I have used Broadview and would certainly recommend them.
Sadly in today’s busy world customer service can fall short but not with Broadview the whole process was excellent.

Great shutters but have had to wait months for the job to be finished, still not finished yet, now told 9th march .Not really acceptable as started the job early December 2025.

The blinds are lovely but the fitter didn't do the best job

Really good service from start to finish with the salesman providing good clear details of the products available, the fitters were polite and very efficient and left everywhere clean and tidy.
The price was reasonable with several payment options. All the people I dealt with were very professional, helpful and polite.

We have used Broadview many years ago for our previous conservatory blinds which lasted very well.
We shopped around but Broadview provided the best quality product at the best price. We are delighted with the blinds and precision of the fitting.

We finally settled on Broadview for shutters for our two front windows in our bedrooms of our bungalow. After settling on what we wanted in principal at the showroom, they came and measured up and gave us a rough timescale for fitting.

Fitting day came and aside from the guys knocking on the door we didn’t know they were here. They were very, clean, tidy and quiet throughout. As for the shutters themselves, they’re outstanding.

It’s money well spent and we are taken aback how much bigger the rooms look.

Enjoyed 2 weeks before it failed the first time, being repaired with a whack from a hammer.
Failed again after 18 months, which was covered under warranty, but still had to pay, £150 for 5 minutes work. The reason for the failing was a very poorly fitted arm pinching the cable.
I would NOT recommend using this company.

We called into their Poole showroom in Hatch End Lane on the Nuffield Estate and explained that following renovation work on our house we are now looking for replacement blinds or curtains with electric tracks for the rooms.

The lady in the office was very pleasant but for reasons best known to herself appeared to decide that we would be unable to afford their prices as they used “premium high-end” tracks, which are very expensive, apparently - this without finding anything more about us or even enquiring about our budget or scope for the work.

When we asked for a very approximate idea of the magnitude of the costs (so that we could decide for ourselves) she said she’d have to contact their supplier. It was surprising that despite being their stock in trade, they were unable to provide more information about costs etc.

We felt we had completely wasted our time making the trip to see Broadview Blinds.

The team initially showed up at the scheduled time and date to take measurements and later for installation, which isn’t always guaranteed. The fitter worked efficiently, but as he was about to leave, he noticed a minor dent in one of the metal slats. He promptly addressed it by arranging for a complete replacement of the blind, not just the single slat. To me, this is what excellent service looks like. Much appreciated!
