If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. We sent aluminium extrusion for polishing and bright nickel plating. Firstly the items returend 6 months late and not polished. It was obvious that they hadn't even been cleaned before plating (grit and dirt bedded inro the plating). The extrusions were returned for re-work, two came back Ok, the remaining 18 units were returned for rework - all came back untouched. It is clear that they had just sent them straight back without touching them. We now have thousands of pounds of scrap thanks to Broadway Brass / Premier plating. I suggest that you avoid using this company.

Chrome auto parts rendered useless

Had the sidestrakes of my Aston Martin Vantage rechromed due to slight pitting. They were returned with indentations where the pitting had been, some (slight) grinder marks under the chrome finish, but worst of all, the fixing studs had been ground or blasted almost beyond recognition such that the fixing nuts wouldn't hold onto the little spikes that were left. These parts are now very expensive scrap (the replating cost was £312). I have had to replace them with new parts from Aston Martin at a cost of £541.
