Brilliant Service and quick!

The whole process was very easy AND quick! Even the initial blip (dodgy router) was replaced next day! No issues with installation, after care and the speed and quality of Internet is exceptional! Brilliant service!
The only negative was BT sending out their final bill, a reluctant delay - I suspect?.

Great price for a great service.

There was a bit of time getting the service up and running. But once it was it's been faultless and running at the speed promised. Great deal and great service.

Excellent service communication and installation of our new fibre optic broadband. All staff were professional and efficient.
The speed and reliability is excellent and I'm very pleased with Broadway.

Friendly staff and quick response to my…

Friendly staff and quick response to my request for provision and any problems quickly dealt with.

I only have one comment,customers homes should be surveyed and installation within the home agreed,given the amount contractors paid for installation that there is room for a few more meters of white cable.

Fab full fibre connection

Full fibre connection is great, speed, ping, jitter, loss, all great, very reasonable price. Only issue is communication with provider, emails to support and customer services are rarely answered or really late, hardly any updates on issues. Issues have been solved though. Fab overall.

We’ve had no broadband or tv for 3 days…

We’ve had no broadband or tv for 3 days and you can’t get through to anyone in tech support to find out what’s going on. They are unreliable and the service is poor.

Thanks Debbie, we located your account and I see that following a fault in the area, this was resolved on 16th March and you where contacted to confirm everything was working normally again. During the fault the in the area we seen a larger than usual number of calls to our support team which lead to you having some trouble getting through at the time. We're expanded the team so we'll be able to handle more calls, more quickly. We're sorry we let you down on this occasion but assured we've listened and are taking action.

I’m zooming at the speed of light! I can now watch Netflix, finallllyyy! Total zen has arrived at home, the family are obsessed and my son is just over the moon he can play games with his friends! Modern life has arrived, thank you Broadway!
