Approach with extreme caution

Approach with extreme caution. Having spent £45,000 on a van from these people I can only say it’s been the worst car buying experience I’ve had in 30 years….they will answer your emails/questions during the purchase process but don’t expect any kind of customer service afterwards. It’s like dealing with a second hand car dealer operating out of a portakabin from years gone by.

As part of the sale agreement it was agreed the front rubber flooring would be replaced with a moulded carpet set, this wasn’t done on collection as “they couldn’t source one” a quick google found many available online, next the steering wheel was damaged, they agreed to replace and ordered a second hand one from eBay, when it arrived it was worse than the original so gave up expecting that to be sorted out, next the wheel alignment was way out and then the airbag light came on, I decided to sort these issues myself as I had lost all faith in their ability by now and requested they refund these costs (less than £200) under warranty, surprise surprise they ignored my email.

So be careful, very careful when thinking about buying a vehicle from this back street outfit !! Even the finance company Alphera (BMW) wouldn’t deal with them as they operate out of a portakabin, I should have listened to that red flag. 🚩

Oh and don’t expect to be able to actually test drive the vehicle you’re interested in unless you’ve already agreed to buy it, what an absolute shambles of a company.
